The view cannot be beat. Almost all of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Dining at the resort was limited and very expensive. There was transportation to other restaurants owned by the property but also limited and expensive. The area is very desolate so it was necessary to use public transportation. Our room was very comfortable, but we did have to spray for ants in the bathroom. All in all, a great stay but not sure we would stay again.

We loved it there! The views of the harbor are gorgeous and they offer water shuttles back and forth from the hotel to Front Street. Great dining options too. It was so lovely! We will definitely be back!

The service was great, There should be another restaurant on the premises with casual coffee shop vibe and reasonable prices. The view and the Hamilton ferry were our favorite parts of the experience.

The two restaurants at hotel, Blu and Aurora were the best two meals we had on our two week trip. Absolutely delicious and high quality. The view of the harbor from the horizon pool was gorgeous. We stayed in two types of rooms. The waterfront deluxe studio was spacious, clean and had great views. The one bedroom suite was huge with dining room, nice balcony and two bathrooms. Both rooms had all kitchen amenities as well. We enjoyed walking around the grounds with the lovely tropical flowers, palm trees and looking out at the water. When we would open the balcony door in the morning it smelled like jasmine and flowers. The staff were friendly, room service quick and tasty, and the vibe relaxing. We would stay here again.
