We liked that the building was new, modern and super clean. It had everything we needed to have a comfortable, enjoyable stay. It was close to petrol stations, grocery stores, food outlets and short drive to Hamilton Gardens and other attractions. The hotel had ample parking

This studio was perfect for my two nights, it was very clean, good quality sheets, loads of hot water and good pressure. I used the hobs to cook and it was great. Small fridge adequate. The bed was v comfy but it was not a king size. It was two beds put together with a seam on the middle. Was ok for me as solo but a couple might not be happy. Heat pump was quiet. Location not great but I walked to dinner the first night and drove everywhere else.

Lovely motel, new and very clean, handy to the city centre, great kitchen in room. We had to drive to another motel 1.5kms away to check in and were unaware we had to do this until just prior to our check in. Was smooth check process however.

90percent of properties are run down, never seen a suitable clean. Gardens are neglected but The Norton Motel is modern and well maintained, Clean. Second time used this facility.

Very clean, well maintained, enjoyed my coffee and biscuit, comfortable bed and everything was user friendly. At times upstairs and the corridor was a bit noisy but that is to be expected.

The front door of the room did not lock from the inside, the lock was broken. Having to go to a seperate location to get key card was inconvenient. Had there been a reception onsite I would have mentioned the broken lock. Parking was very tight. Other than that everything great.
