The check in guy was very blasé with responses to questions about the parking and laundry facilities. He gave us coins for the machines, but told us the incorrect cost, hence we needed to return for more change. The breakfast was the poorest of any breakfast we have had on this trip. I had to call the lady to inform her that there was no bacon in the tray. This was with an hour left for breakfast dining, and with only one other customer eating there. They did not pay any attention to detail. I would never stay there again,

No basics, like a desk and chair. The TV doesn’t face the sitting area or bed. Old and dated. It’s more a backpacker type of accomodation. Helpful friendly staff however.

The load noise caused by the restaurant air conditioning unit outside our bedroom window gave us no sleep at all Also in the morning there was no hot water either from the shower or even the basin I complained. the staff had no explanation for either the noise or lack of hot water i said I'm not paying but they just gave me a business card and told me to write in my complaint

Liked the easiness of booking and good rate. Unfortunately the experience was not pleasant. When we arrived at about 7pm, the room was not ready. In fact, when we were given keys to occupy the room, we found the beds unmade, empty takeaway food containers littered the room and generally an untidy state. We were offered another room after an hour's wait and the new room was good. We were also offered a free breakfast, but this offer could not be taken up as we had to leave very early.
