This hotel is very modern and appears quite new. It is alongside the harbour front and some rooms may have a pleasant view, mine was awful, just a red metal wall of the adjacent building.
The room was the smallest I have ever experienced in a hotel, it contained a bed and a small shower room, no wardrobe or space for a bag except under the bed. No toiletries are provided except for a multi-purpose (I assume) gel in a container by the small sink.
In reception there are some snacks, sweets and coffee (there are none, nor any room for any tea and coffee facilities in the rooms) but these are only obtainable by using a debit card which for UK visitors makes it ridiculously expensive if you have to pay a foreign currency charge to your bank as I do - there is no option of paying cash.
There is quite a good restaurant on the premises but it is under separate management and bills have to be settled separately.
If this hotel was half the price of the two other large hotels in town it may make sense to book it but I would pay the extra few quid and not bother....
