Location was very good, staff were very nice. Limited elevator two I think take your to your Parkinson’s meds. I don’t know where the where is the rest of your medicine? I think I think it might be the black bag cause I’m not sure. I don’t know your medication like I just look at Parks and for later. very small ones ability to leave. One day of checkout was chaotic. It took over 20 minutes to get your luggage and access and elevator.

Breakfast is decent. Elevator is slow and tight with luggage. Over all, a good place to stay. Very close to the cruise terminal but not walkable with luggage .

Disapointing...owners focus on money to comfort
This hotel is a convenience hotel for cruise clients especially. The physical location is optimal for all three major terminals. Wich is at worst a 10pound cab ride. What ess disapointing for us on our 2 stays (in 3 weeks) is the age of the hotel itself. They are renewing the floors but remaining open. So again we had drain problems ( i guess du to construction on floors above). Noise of workers above our heads from 8 to 6pm. Staff try their best to accomidate but I think the owners should have thought of clients comfort in the strategy to renew. I would not recommend anotger stay there until renovations have been completed. There are plenty of other hotels clisby.

Perfect place if you’re going on a cruise. Breakfast was excellent for hotel buffet, very impressed. It was a bit noisy at times due to renovations happening but it didn’t negatively affect us at all. They let us check in early and check out late. Nothing but positive reviews here. If I had to give a negative it would be that the elevators are the smallest and slowest I have ever experienced, but again it didn’t change our overall experience.

The staff is very friendly and the location is excellent, very close to stores, dining (many options) and cruise port. We travel from US to take our cruise, we arrived early and the staff keep our luggage safe until it was time for check in so we can explore the area. It’s definitely a place to return.
