It was extremely loud dogs were barking all night and Morning. You could hear people walking around on top of your head. I stay here often, and this was the first time that I had this bad experience but the young lady at the front desk was very nice and polite.

Rise and shine laundry

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location to restaurants and beach. Only thing we didn’t like was that at 4:30AM each morning we were shaken awake by the spin cycle of the hotel laundry. So if you get room 304 be prepared for that.

Moldy odor and extremely damp

The room had an overpowering musty moldy smell and an undeniable level of moisture which made all our clothes and papers damp. I paid for two rooms for myself and another for my son. His room was exactly the same. It was awful to breathe. Rooms 105 and 109. I am so mad I paid full price. I fell I should be reimbursed!!

Good location, good stay, no bfast.

Clean room, clean lobby, friendly staff. The only downside to this stay is the "full service breakfast at a cost". Where others offer a free breakfast (albeit, not the most luxurious), it is a cost I'd rather not incur if I had a choice. Since I did have a choice, I went to HT instead for a banana and coffee.

The room was old. Bathroom vent didnt work and the room itself has not been well kept. The bed slept horrible and the sheets was just thrown on the bed like she was in a rush to makr the bed. Our room was not cleaned after the second night even though we called down and asked for it to be. The room needs a serious upgrade. I will not stay here again!

For a Hilton and the price we paid for our room the accommodations were very disappointing. The pillows in our room reaked. When I asked the front desk to replace them the next day at 7:00 am nothing was done. When I complained to the front desk again in the afternoon they said housekeeping had left for the day. They did eventually get someone to clean the room and replace the pillow but not without discussion. The bathroom floor was so slippery it wasn’t safe. I don’t plan to stay at another Hilton garden inn.

I had a four night stay and the room was not cleaned. I finally aaked for room service and the response from the front desk was "We are short staffed." I had to put the trash and dirty towels in the hallway. I finally got some clean towels after complaining on the Hilton Honors app. It's a lovely area to stay but very disappointing service. Breakfast is not included, the fitness center miniature, and the pool not cleaned properly.
