Customer Service could be more friendly. Cleaner opened my room on day 2 without knocking. On realising I was in bed, they shut the door and went off without an apology. On waking up five hours later to walk into the city, I realised the door was actually open; it had not even been properly shut by the cleaner when they walked off.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. The bathroom in my room was small but well appointed. The room was fine for me, as I was travelling alone. 2 people might have found it slightly cramped.

I would consider this a three star hotel. Clean and functual. The room is way too small for two people and the location is a little out of the way. Breakfast was well prepared, however it was average.

Die Unterkunft ist für eine kurze(3Tage) gut geeignet. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und man lebt aus dem Koffer. Betten&Klima& Bad/Dusche sehr gut, aus dem 7.Stock Blick über die Stadt. 15min in die Innenstadt/Kröpke Parkhaus 4€ gut und 5min entfernt Das Personal ist nicht gerade Empathisch. Das liegt wohl am Alter, alle unter 30
