The staff was great, and went out of their way with assistance. The room I was in, which was the suite, was spacious, calm and even had bath salts for use in the beautiful bathtub! The suite was fabulous.

The restaurant on the property is excellent. However, if you reserve a hotel room to rest, I don't recommend this hotel. The walls are paper thin and I was woken up 5-6 times during the night by people leaving from neighbouring rooms. Comparable to sleeping in a tent - the walls are not insulated whatsoever. The room would otherwise be comfortable.

It is usually a fabulous, very wonderful experience. However, when we arrived there was no hot water. We were advised it would be fixed the next day, but it actually took 2 days. I know these things happen and we were offered to use the shower in the fitness room- it was just very inconvenient when you are expecting to be able to enjoy a hot shower in your own room without having to get dressed to go outside in the rain. The room charges were removed from our bills and that was appreciated. However, hot water when we were told to expect it would have been nice too. Boiling water on the stove to pour into the bathtub is not something that I enjoyed doing.

Loved the easy online check-in and loved the digital room key. Just had to download the app and use the code they gave us and then we had access to our room. Made the late arrival easier. We have already booked for our overnight stay in December and our overnight stay in January.

When the restaurant is closed ( if open you are given a breakfast coupon) they should provide a better offering of a something such as cereal, milk ,etc. in the lobby . Coffee and a few items should be available daily in the lobby as many leave before the restaurant opens at 7:00am . I left the hotel today at 6:00am for a flight and not even coffee was available . The breakfast coupon is included in the price of the room but useless if you leave before 7:00am
