Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
This property accepted our reservation AND FULL PAYMENT for the stay but was SOLD OUT and they refused to REFUND our money!!!!! And there is no recourse through Expedia! Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had problems with this platform but it will be the last. Never using Expedia again for any reservations.
Stayed 5 nights in Dec 2023
