Overall the stay was fine, we were in town for the beach anyways so didn’t spend much time in the room. We booked the suite with the side room & pull out couch. when we walked in the bedroom presented as average clean. a few things were still a little iffy: both remotes for the tv’s were very sticky. one of the two TVs didn’t work at all. the floor was also sticky. glass top on the desk needed to be wiped down for sure. just small things like that which seemed to be forgotten. Not usually something I would be too concerned about but we brought a baby with us so we had to give things a wipe down ourselves. The check in/check out process was easy, staff was polite, the breakfast was good both mornings, and it was mostly quiet. I would stay here again just more aware on the cleanliness part next time.

There were noisy guest running up and down the halls in above our head till almost 1 AM. We called to the front desk, but no one would answer so in the middle of the night I had to walk out and find someone just to help us.

Very noisy in morning. Could hear outside doors slam shut. Heard 10 minute smoke break and conversation word for word. Looks like it wouldn’t take much to have room and bath look great. Carpeting looks really dirty and bathroom needs cosmetic updates. Not worth my money.

Hotel needs a LOT of attention!

There was no one at the desk at check-in. We called a phone number listed there. It took 5 minutes. No toilet paper in the hall men's room. Floors dirty. Parking lot lights not working - I worried about my car. I parked in the lot next door.

Not impressed at all, but it served the purpose.

There was nobody around when I walked in the door and it took a few minutes for anyone to show up. The gal who finally appeared at the front desk seemed uninterested, as she chewed her mouthful of food. Minimal words were said- very low energy customer service. Our room smelled like fried food- almost like seafood. There was a ginormous hairball in the shower drain. Heavy mold/mildew around the shower. Breakfast was lackluster with crusty dried food on the warming bins. No actual dishes -only paper plates with flimsy plastic silverware. Positive note- the bed was comfortable and the location was great!

The initial front staff that we encountered was extremely unpleasant. The room we were given is not what we booked. Our air conditioning unit didn’t work. The pool looked very dirty.

My wife and I went to celebrate our anniversary and really enjoyed our time in South Haven. A great place to get away from the big city and enjoy something different.

Even though the bed was comfy half the lights in our room were burnt out, the walls and half wall were dirty, the shower was broke so water sprayed in different directions, weird white stains on the chair, cracks at the seam were the ceiling meets the wall and the patch they used when apparently someone had opened the door to hard was not even paintes the same color as the walls. Fir the price you paid for the room the room could have been better. I know this is an older hotel but the maintenence of the building is lacking. The girl who worked the front desk waa very polite and nice.

I’ve stayed at another country by Radisson and had a great experience, but this did not compare. The front desk workers were not very welcoming. When entering into the room I was already disappointed by walking through a dirty door. In the room itself was paint that had already been chipped on the wall, and the water faucet did not turn off completely. The microwave did not rotate correctly because the replacement plate they used was not compatible. Heard every foot step from the people upstairs. Went and told the front desk that they were very loud and asked to change rooms, they told us the people above us was already told on multiple occasions to quiet down and that the hotel is completely booked up so we could not switch rooms. And majority of the outside doors to enter was open for the public (the scanner for the key card was broken) so I did not feel the safest.
