Last night fire alarm was sounding throughout the night. Couldn’t sleep. When I mentioned it to the front desk the just said “We are sorry”. Unacceptable.

Smoke alarm went off 5 time throughout the night and into the early morning. Load wedding guests swimming in pool after pool was closed. Beds were horrible. Only thing good was Great location to Beach and boardwalk. Will never stay here again.

Another amazing weekend
As always, our stay was amazing. Front desk staff is always friendly as are all the staff you pass in the hallways. Rooms are always spotless. The view from the balcony cannot be beat. It’s great to be able to park your car & just walk around beautiful Rehobeth.

Front desk person was not exactly welcoming. Very difficult layout. Very hard to find our way around. Need to give people a layout/map of hotel. House keeping people did not speak English so could not help. But were very nice. Restaurant was the best! Beautiful bar for good breakfast overlooking the Ocean.

I checked in on a Friday Saturday morning. The air conditioner broke, which I totally understand. They put us into a new room, which is great. As I was taking a shower, my wife called my name and said come out and take a look at this. She pulled the sheets down. There were a bottle caps of beer underneath the sheets so that tells me the sheets were never changed. I went down to the office and told him and the gentleman was accusing me of lying until I showed him pictures. Someone came and changed the sheets. I will never go back to that place again and I will let everyone know on Facebook how it all went down.

Quick and easy check in. The mattress was older model/style. The mini fridge made very loud noises the entire time. It took several hours for the room to heat up.

Hotel MEH...showing its age. Staff sub par
Checked in, checked the room, and checked our view. We were in a corner room so our balcony was getting all of the water from the air conditioners above on to our balcony. We notified the staff that you were getting Splash back from air conditioners above and are un able to use the balcony. They said "We will look into it give us 2 hours and will call you with an update." We went about our way and never got an update. When we came back and asked what was the outcome they said "It was fixed" They WERE VERY Short and projected they were annoyed and did not really care. Unfortunately, we're going to look into other hotels this one in particular is starting to show its age and we don't feel welcome. We've been coming here for 5 years and it just continues to decline in amenities as well as the respect of the staff. $300 off season is quite pricey for the inconvenience we had to put up with.

We were given a disabled person room, which I suppose may have just been the luck of the draw. While there was no specific drawback to having such a room, it meant that the shower head was not easy to work under, since it was set up for a different method of use. Otherwise, the room was clean and well-attended, quiet for the most part (can't fault you for the small screaming child next door for two of our six nights), and we felt like we were well taken care of.

The hotel is clean, staff was great. The only problem is the mattress needs to be changed it’s too hard like laying on a brick double beds.

Everything was easy to get to we like to walk instead we f having to drive staying here made that easy everyone was friendly and helpful we would stay there again but would get a room with a balcony we enjoy be able to sit outside
