We checked in quick and easy. The Hotel was very clean and well maintained, Our room was spacious and clean. There was no dingy smell! This location was close to the Venue we attended and close to a variety of restaurants This hotel served complimentary Breakfast with a large variety to select from. . We would definitely return to this location.

Hotel staff was great. Hotels.com not so much.
Checking in was a nightmare. Hotels.com did not push my reservation modification thru to the hotel. When I went to check in, the hotel did not have the correct information. Then Hotels.com booked the correct night for me but acted as if they were doing me a favor by transferring the money I already paid to the new reservation. I did not get checked in until after spending an hour on the phone with Hotels.com (being transferred a couple times) and finally made it to my room around 11:30pm.

One of the main reasons I booked the hotel was so that i could spend a morning sleeping without needing to run around after a dog and toddler. The fire alarm went off twice the morning of our stay. When I tried to call down to the front desk to see if we needed to leave the building, I discovered that the button on my room phone that connected me to the front desk did not work. This meant that I was not able to sleep and relax but had to go down to the lobby both times. My bedding had a stain on it and I found a hair in my bed when I first pulled the sheets back. After going down to the lobby the second time that morning our room key would not work. When I went to the desk they asked what room I was in and instantly rescanned the key. They didn't ask me for any sort of identification or even a name the room was under. I found this to be a very unsafe practice. My daughter and I left shortly after. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Breakfast is great and staff is so kind. Rooms are spacious! Very convenient to Hersheypark and area attractions. Hershey Pantry and Rotunda Brew Pub are walkable restaurants that are delicious!
