We were in town for a wedding and luckily we could check in early. Unfortunately, the room was not clean. We had garbage on the floor and empty bottles along the sides of the beds. There was black mold in the shower/tub and also on the tissue holder, soap dish and other various places. Their was black hair all over the shower. One of our beds was not clean. The comforter had blood and foundation make up on it. The room carpets were disgusting . They were those carpet tiles and were coming up in spots so the floor was sticky and you could see subfloor. My sons brand new white sox were brown after a few hours of walking inside the room. We paid over $300/night to stay here. Breakfast was average. The pool was ok but smelled strongly of chlorine. My children didn't swim long. Definitely not worth the money I spent staying here for two nights! Will NOT be staying here again!

We were coming into town for a wedding and we were able to check into our room early, which was a blessing but our room was not cleaned well, or perhaps at all. One of our beds had blood on the comforter and foundation make up all over the top where someone must have snuggled with it. The shower/tub had black mold in the corners, inside the tissue box (which we only discovered because we ran out of tissues and removed them from the white container. There was hair all over the shower. We found garbage and empty bottles along the edges of the beds. I paid $300/night, we stayed for two nights. I will not be staying here again.

Room was not truly clean. Air conditioning made a loud squeaking noise the entire night-enough to keep us up. Ended up having to move rooms and the sink in there did not drain-even overnight! Disgusting. Would not return. However, staff was helpful specifically Irena. Great area, terrible hotel stay.

Irena was the kindest!! The beds were comfy. The pillows were fabulous. Quiet, CLEAN and convenient. The breakfast was delicious. All the staff was so friendly. I’m we can’t wait to come back.

I liked that it was close to Hershey Park for the RV show. Was not impressed with all the stained carpeting, broken toilet paper holder, and noise coming from the shower when hot water was running.

Although everything was clean, the room had a stale unpleasant odor. Bedding was good but they really need to get better pillows. Also, a night light in the bathroom would be nice instead of 500w of white light in the middle of the night. The really great included breakfast made up for any short comings. I would stay again in the future.

Where to start? Disgusting. Stained rugs that look like a sick pet used the hallway as a bathroom. Something on the walls in the hallway that had been there a while. 3 tries to get a key card that worked. Room door that didn't close/lock behind you. No pool towels. Green foamy water in the pool. Pool hours incorrect on the info card provided at check-in. No hot tub as pictured in the listing. It's been filled in and is now a concrete patio surrounding the pool. Bathtub with a streaky black film on the bottom. Electrical outlet not secured into the wall. Originally booked for 2 nights. Skin crawling but stayed only the 1 night since we had driven 8 hours to get there and were still more than 7 hours from home. Advised the front desk we would not be staying the 2nd night. Was told no refund since we had booked/paid through a 3rd Party rather than direct with Hilton. Wouldn't even attempt the included breakfast since we had no confidence in the sanitary state of the kitchen area based on what was going on in public view. Longtime Hilton Honors member that selects this chain based on the included breakfast, cleanliness, and condition of the properties. For years stayed at locations close to dog show events, and they were always spotless even with lots of animals and professional handlers staying at these locations. This one is completely the opposite of every other stay we have experienced. Almost forgot the elevator grinding every time it closed.

The common areas were great - full of family activities and clean - great check in - Surprised that the housekeeping of the room was subpar - a surprisingly good amount of debris on the carpet. Ultimately I was disappointed that my 2 year old had woken up at 4am and I ventured downstairs at 5am to buy milk - they only had chocolate milk - the reception prompted me to ask continental breakfast - we hung out till they weren't busy and asked and I was told it was policy to wait till 6am for milk so we had to venture off property for some milk. A little disappointed in how rude they were with such a tired polite little girl and her very tired mama.

The room smelled moldy , there was mold in the shower and a plunger in a plastic bag by the toilet. They moved us to another room equivalent to the king suite that I had. Was a little better but still mold in the shower. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude! The night shift receptionist (Claire) did everything to accommodate us best she could. She was exceptionally nice. I don’t think I would stay there again, considering I booked 2 suites I feel I should be compensated somewhat. Thanku

There was a sticker in the bathroom that said guest services would be provided every other day but to ask if anything was needed. We stayed from Friday through Monday and guest services NEVER came. On Saturday I spoke to the front desk and asked to have someone come and remove dirty towels and provide new towels and to empty trash. They wrote my request down but didn’t come. When I asked in the evening they placed a few towels in the hall!! No hand towels or washcloths included!! Sunday I asked again at the front desk and they wrote it down. By now we had overflowing trash and dirty towels mounded up on the floor of the bathroom. Again they never came. My husband spotted house keeping in the hall and asked her and she handed him 3 towels!! No hand towels, no washcloths!! There were 4 of us! Monday morning while trying to make my way around the giant mound of dirty towels and trash, a giant bug came crawling out!! Needless to say I was very unhappy with our stay! On another note, there was a sign at breakfast to talk to staff if there are dietary needs! I asked about dairy free options and dairy free milk and was told they stopped providing it! Unacceptable! Breakfast was good for those that eat anything, but it was full of eggs sausage and dairy products. Since I can’t eat those things, I had to have dry cereal while everyone feasted!

Our family stayed for two nights while we visited Hershey park and some of the surrounding areas. The staff was very nice and our room was great for kids. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and offered many choices. The gym was very clean and had newer machines. We would absolutely return here!

The room was very big and the kids enjoyed the space. However, the room had a weird oder. Also we received absolutely zero room service in 3 nights. I had to ask for towels 2x and for toilet paper.
