The staff were ok, but 2 of them told me the pool was open and it wasn't, there was no breakfast and I had to clean the tub and coffee machine myself because it was not clean at all. I checked out a day early because i was uncomfortable and somebody set the fire alarm off and scared my baby.

Nothing felt clean. The exterior looks rundown-nothing like the online photo. Bathroom in the lobby had a broken door handle so it doesn’t even lock. Room smelled musty and was not clean. There were pieces of dog food in the bathroom-so clearly people before us had a dog in there (a dog presence was not an issue for me), but it also meant the housekeeping of the bathroom was less than thorough. The floor was gross so I wore flip flops the entire time. There were stains on the sheets so I just had to self-medicate and go to bed and know I was out of there in the morning! Bathroom walls and door gross-can they be wiped down every once in awhile?? I will not stay here again.

Paid a room and couldn’t stay because the hotel wouldn’t accept my bank card even though I had the money. Booked through hotel.com would not refund me or even just give a credit.

This property was disgusting! The moment we walked in I could smell mold and mildew. I thought it was just because of the dogs I saw walking all over the hotel but nope, even when we walked to our room it was horrible. The second I opened the door to the room you could smell this foul odor, and the front desk didn’t have a solution for it. Not to mention they sent me a message stating the pool was closed and when I messaged back asking what my options were I never got a response back. The room I booked looked nothing like the one I was given, when confronting the desk they said yeah that’s a different suite and those photos are not even of our hotel. Shocker considering none of the inside of your hotel looked like the photos. The dish washer was completed rusted on the outside with white stuff all over it. DO NOT STAY HERE!
