The room I stayed in was very large with a huge bathtub, an electric fireplace, a kitchen with a seated bar... It was beautiful. The staff was amazing - very nice & quickly available to help. I will be looking for this place from here on out.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were not properly cleaned, and the pool water was dirty and clearly not maintained. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful when I brought up concerns, which made the stay even worse. On top of that, it was noisy past 10 PM, which made it very difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the property really needs better cleanliness, maintenance, and staff training. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

The absolute worst. Avoid at all costs. Piles of dust in room. Broken tv and broken microwave. Very rude front desk that doesn’t know how to interact with people. A robot will be much better and replace his job soon

Hotel room was clean and comfortable; felt safe and convenient to Hershey. Grandchildren enjoyed the indoor pool and there was a decent breakfast other than the typical hotel eggs. Only complaint is the very thin, small bath towels.

This property was terrible. The headboard was PILED WITH DUST. The hot tub has hair in it! It was absolutely disgusting. Bugs on the wall ledges! The sheets were stained! We were checked in for 20 minutes and left! We want a refund! There was a drunk woman in the lobby! Just overall disgusting and the customer serve was awful. The attendant didn’t offer us any accommodation! He actually accused us putting the hair in the hot tub! We weren’t there long enough to do anything! Rude and disgusting!!

Loved the location, clean room, quality beds, easy check-in. I did not like my room location on 1st floor nearest the pool. A little too noisy for my choice. There were plenty odf children enjoying the indoor pook area. I would stay again, but not near the pool area. The 2nd floor would have been better. The free breakfast was below average in options. Would like to see more hot options and multi fresh fruits options.

There was no hot water. I couldn't even have a shower. I was unable to contact the front desk using the telephone in my room. It apparently didn't work. I called on my cell phone and someone came to my room from the front desk but there was nothing he could other than confirm that there was no hot water. He said he would notify houskeeping at 9AM but I was gone by then.
