We have stayed here many times and it has always been very good. The rooms are clean and the staff has been great. The indoor pool is a big PLUS for our October visits to this area for the car show in Carlisle. very convenient to Rt 81.

Best part of this Ramada was the bed and pillows. Rooms not cleaned well. Building is just old, patched together. Breakfast was edible but disappointing

The property definitely needed some updates. The room smelled very strong of paint fumes when we walked in and the smell remained the rest of the time. The coffee offered in the rooms was so weak it was see thru brown water. The breakfast was absolutely lacking, white and wheat bread were the only offering bread wise. Also did not appreciate that we were told we had to eat our breakfast in the dining room and not allowed to take it back to our rooms to eat. My daughter had a cold and didnt want to eat around other people. Overall, I just think that the property definitely needs some improvements. .

We were offered three different rooms, each one more unsanitary than the next (hairs left on the shower and bathtub, french fries and food debris on the floor, long hairs all over the sheets under the covers). Could not stay, and so wasted our money here and still had to find accommodations elsewhere. On top of that, Hotels.com was no help in advocating or securing a refund.

This property doesn't look anything like the pictures represented. It was really dated and run down. It felt unsafe when we arrived around 11pm at night. Saw just one employee the while we were there and he was wearing sweatpants. The rating online should be updated.
