My recent stay at this hotel left me disappointed, primarily because of the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail. At first glance, the room looked acceptable, but once I settled in, it became clear that it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. The microwave door was covered in fingerprints and greasy smudges, the headboard and lamps were dusty, and there were crumbs on the side tables — all signs that the room hadn’t received the level of care one would expect.
Adding to the discomfort, the bathtub felt grimy, as if it hadn’t been properly scrubbed between guests. It’s an unpleasant feeling when you can’t fully relax or trust that the space has been sanitized. These details may seem small, but together they made the room feel neglected and poorly maintained.
While the front desk staff was courteous and the check-in process smooth, those positives couldn’t outweigh the sense that cleanliness isn’t a priority here. A more consistent and detailed cleaning routine, along with better inspection before guests arrive, would make a major difference.
This hotel has potential — the layout and amenities are fine — but the lack of attention to basic hygiene standards detracts from the overall experience. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously, because cleanliness is the foundation of guest comfort and satisfaction.
