Room was clean. Elevator was broken so we had to carry all the luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Fridge did not get cold. Breakfast was so crowded there was no place to sit and a very long line/ wait for a waffle.

I booked for Dec 22 my son was going to have some friends come swim with him for his birthday. I went to the hotel to check in and asked the woman about this and she was very RUDE said they don’t allow guest and if she caught me with guest it would be 250.00 and they would kick us out. She then said please just cancel your reservation we don’t allow people like this. I offered to get a 2nd room so the kids that were coming could stay and wouldn’t be guest and she still said no. Told me to cancel and leave. She then said the 3rd party would reimburse me for my stay. I never got to check in never got a key never went to the room. She told me the policy prior to checking in and wouldn’t allow me to go any further. I left and had an amazing hotel help me out. When I call in a week later to Hotels they are telling me the hotel won’t reimburse me. I called the hotel and the same woman said you get Ano refund you had 15 guest. I never checked in nobody came no guest were there no rules were broke I was told the rules and asked to leave. I called corporate and still 1 week nothing. Pathetic establishment what are you getting out of not giveing back 80.00 for someone who never even stayed there

Of the hundreds of places, I’ve stayed, this was the worst. The sheets and towels were the only thing that were changed from the last people who stayed there. There was dirt, garbage, and hair left over. The top of the toilet had dried urine on it, and there was pubic hair underneath the seat as well. After asking for a new room or for someone to clean, the man at the front desk said, “I am not a housekeeper.”

If I had known they were putting me on the top floor with no working elevator AND no offer to help bring luggage up four flights of stairs, I would have booked elsewhere. There should be alerts shown to customers before they book that the only elevator is not working. I also encourage Ramada to enforce a dress code for staff checking in guests; I was not impressed with the sweat pants and bad attitude that greeted me.
