We were offered three different rooms, each one more unsanitary than the next (hairs left on the shower and bathtub, french fries and food debris on the floor, long hairs all over the sheets under the covers). Could not stay, and so wasted our money here and still had to find accommodations elsewhere. On top of that, Hotels.com was no help in advocating or securing a refund.

This property doesn't look anything like the pictures represented. It was really dated and run down. It felt unsafe when we arrived around 11pm at night. Saw just one employee the while we were there and he was wearing sweatpants. The rating online should be updated.

Wouldn’t stay here again. The place smelled like curry. Had to take heavy suitcase up the stairs. The hotel looks dingy and outdated. Bathtubs and sinks have been spray painted and there was over spray everywhere

Booked a room with two queen sized beds and got two double beds went to the front desk and the lady said they were queen sized the beds are rock solid. The floor was oily the room smelled very strongly of paint fumes. The bathrooms was nasty couldn’t use the sink in my room because it kept clogging. The pool area isn’t kept up with the hot tub gets super foamy which comes from body oils etc. could simply be fixed with enzymes

The staff was fairly nice. The walls were paper thin, all the towels looked dirty and stained. the shower was gross it looked like there was hair stuck in the drain that no one cleaned. there is no elevator in the second building there is a steep ramp tho… All around not a good hotel spend the extra couple dollars and book something nicer. it seemed like they just covered all there issues with bleach.

I was surprised by how much I loved this place and the value for what you get. I had a large king with an in-room jacuzzi, and it was so relaxing and wonderful. The pool/spa area was OK - it was always out of towels and in a high-traffic area. The gym could use some weights that actually match, which is something important to me. But with easy guest laundry, in-room relaxation, and free breakfast, I give this place 5 stars. I travel often to PA and I will definitely be back.

My stay was very disappointing. The hotel was extremely noisy throughout the night, and I wasn’t able to get any rest. The walls seemed very thin, and it felt like there was no soundproofing at all. While the staff was polite at check-in and the room was clean, the noise and smell of marijuana made it impossible to relax and sleep through the night. Thank goodness there was hot water to take a shower and refresh. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone unless significant improvements are made. It’s not worth the time or money to stay here.
