This was a last minute decision and it was a good one! The room was comfortable and clean. The only drawback, no elevator to the second floor! We had to push the luggage cart up two flights of a steep ramp. A staff member felt bad for us and ran over to help push it up the ramps. I would stay here again, but ask for 1st floor or the 3 rd that actually had an elevator.

When wr got to our room it had not been cleaned, unmade beds , dirty towels in tub, and garbage everywhere. The second room was the same... finally the third room was clean. It was obvious someone wasnt doing their job!

Property's exterior was very dirty and unkept. Supposedly pet friendly, but nowhere to walk your dog.You could tell they were trying to update the interior, but effort was non-professional. Hot tub seemed to always have the same three or four guys hanging out. We wouldn't have used it anyway because the whole pool area looked shabby. Would not stay again.

When we arrived, the floors are sticky. There is pee on the toilet seat. The shower was healthy and there were many disgusting marks on the sheets. Manager did send people down to clean the floors and toilet, but I would not recommend this place… Dirty, dirty, dirty dirty dirty.

Property in need of maintenance and renovations. Walls very thin. We heard gentleman next door talk on his phone for 2 hours. Desk lamp didn't work, tub drain didn't work. Bed mattress very hard. I like extra firm, but this was beyond that. They have motion lights on bathroom light and fan. Walk into bathroom at 2:00am, and greeted by blinding light, and very loud fan. Needless to say everyone in room notices. I don't usually comment on rooms when traveling, but this is a Ramada... I expect more.
