It was comfortable. The price was right. Feel like the property needs some maintenance. Communications needs to be a little more clear as it was a bit confusing to find our suit as it wasn’t a room inside. It was like what is meant to be a store space and it was repurposed for a suite. I loved the location and access

Do not rent in winter, spring, or fall.
There's was no heating whatsoever, not only that but there was AC turning on every now and then making the place even colder in early March. Tried contacting the people who rent the place, by call it went to voicemail, they answered once on text. They said they were sending someone at 18h00, no one ever came. No space heater or ANYTHING. Tried contacting them for a complaint and some compensation, got no answer. It was legitimately around 15 degrees celcius in there the whole time.

It was below average experience. The room was really cold and we couldn’t set up the room temperature. Bed was not comfortable. There was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom.
