Check in was smooth. Only thing I didn't like was that they reuse key card holders and so much that the girl was taping ours back together so it would hold our keys. Not very germ conscious. Our room was fairly clean. Only two sets of towels for theee people so we had to ask for more. Rhis is an extwnded atay property, so the room has a large fridge, mini stove top, and large microwave.....but no utensils, pans, dishes.....which is inconvenient when you expect them for cooking your meal. There is a Moe's right beside it, however, and they are super fast and gave large portions. There area seemed safe enough. There were a lot of things going on in the parking lot, people sitting outside talking and drinking, but no one was loud or bothersome. Seemed like workers gathering after a long day. Breakfast is grab and go, but for the price, no complaints. Could do better on the bathroom amenities.....one tiny thing of shampoo and a bar of small bar of soap was it. Overall a good stay for the price though.

Never will stay again!

We walked into the room and it had a terrible odor. So bad that we asked for an air freshener and they gave us Febreze. That helped but they weren’t concerned that there was an odor. The sheets on the bed were the absolute worst. The fitted sheet came off every corner on both our queen size beds. Throughout the night we would have to get up and put the sheet back in place otherwise we were laying on the plastic mattress covering. Breakfast was hard boiled eggs in a prepackaged bag, prepackaged mini muffin and oatmeal. Coffee was watery. None existent!

This was our second stay at this property and there is a big difference between the newly renovated rooms and the standard rooms. The renovated rooms have every amenity. The standard rooms don’t have anything. No dishes, cutlery and other cleaning and grooming accessories and amenities. Also both times we stayed I had to ask for a blow dryer. Is this is normal thing now where one has to ask for a blow dryer? If so, ask for one before you need it.

The building is located sufficiently far from the active road and the stay is quiet and could be relaxing. However, the windows cannot be opened (that's an usual strange habit for hotel management. The air conditioner have to work 24 hours a day but the air remains stuffy and not fresh. In the mornings after the night in such stuffy air I had headache. I do not understand the management ready to pay huge electric bills for 24-hour conditioners but refusing to make the windows opennable. If all other Extended Stay America hotels are window-closed, I'll never stay there in the future.

Only continental breakfast

Only a sub par continental breakfast... other reviews described it as excellent... rooms were clean although it had a strange smell, that we noticed on the outside as well...
