The staff that worked during the week were absolutely miserable human beings and became irritated when guests would ask for services, even about something as small as buying a drink from the "store.". It was like having guests staying at the hotel was such a hassle to them. On the weekend however, different staff worked and they were AMAZING! In the week that we stayed, my room never got cold and stayed cold. I had my thermostat set to the low 60s, but my room never got below the mid 70s. I woke up sweating every night. I never got good rest because of this. The unit was not frozen and when the unit was not running, I could kick the thermostat up one degree and the air would come on for a few minutes. Also, we were supposed to have housekeeping services every other day. Out of 6 days there, housekeeping only came once, on a weekend day.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. It is very clean, staff is kind and helful. Beds are conformable. Breakfast is always good. They allow pets and both stays the rooms have been very clean.

I liked talking to the desk clerk , Nick, he was very nice & helpfully about places to eat around town . Breakfast was always good . But i didnt like that i never could link into hotel WIFI to check email etc. I had the correct password but would not work for me plus your office computer center internet didnt work either. Very upsetting when i was trying to get directions to places. And still couldnt check my email.

Barely okay stay
There for 3 days. The trash were sitting on bathroom sink when we first arrived. Bed looked okay but hotel definitely looks worn. Breakfast okay … oatmeal bad. No english muffins. Unusual waffle makings. Maids must have come in to provide new towels but didn’t make beds and trash not emptied.
