The room is clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. Everybody here is very nice, friendly, and the atmosphere is really pleasant in the lobby. However, every one of the amenities we expected to find when we got here is not working or out of order. I don’t know if this is the Doubletree that most needs the multimillion dollar renovation/facelift, but it has to be close. We chose this hotel for our stay tonight because of the particular amenities offered on the website and listed as available, and it will change our travel plans because those amenities are not available. This is really disappointing.

Room was cold and service man took lots of time to fix it while we were in room - went to restaurant to give him time but required more time so we asked for a room change - reserved the room w sofa and they downgraded the room with couch and they did not want to give same type room we paid - not happy

Hotel was great. Room clean, quiet and staff very friendly. The attached restaurant was nothing short of awful. Food most inedible. Ordered room service, two orders of chicken tenders with fries for my kids. Over and hour later, I went down to the restaurant to inquire about my order. The waitress checked the kitchen and said almost done. 10 minutes later I was told they would bring it to my room when ready. I should say there was absolutely no one at the bar or eating in the restaurant so I couldn’t understand how two items that take 5 minutes in the fryer wasn’t ready. Fast forward another half hour and the food finally arrives and the order was wrong. Took another half hour

The hotel was very good BUT the restaurant and bar, no very good. I've been in different places and I have to say that the restaurant and bar customer service was horrible. The bartender Matt, absolutely racist and unprofessional. My wife and I didn't want to come back just because of his negative vibes and attitude.
