This was like a nice little apartment. A cozy place for a single traveler to stay for a few days. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area, yet the rooms (especially in the back) are very quiet.

Water shut-off / paying for parking
The stay was mostly good, however 1 day there was a water shut-off from 10am-2pm, which disturbed our morning plans. We were given notice not by the front desk, but on a note slipped under the door the evening we checked in for the next morning, less than 24 hours. We had to wake up 2 hours early to shower and spend 2 hours in a nearby cafe waiting to go begin our plans with family, whom we couldn't meet up with until our scheduled time. We should have been given more notice to amend our plans and possibly choose a new hotel as we checked in the night before and were unable to choose a new hotel once we arrived. Additionally we had to PAY for parking, which we were not told until we checked in.

Pretty standard modernized room, with separate bedroom and kitchen area. Main bed was quite comfortable, sofa bed was extremely worn out. TVs had various channels including streaming available. Typical free breakfast fare. People were really nice and helpful. Overall, just fine. My biggest negative was that "hotel cleaner" smell that so many rooms have.
