We booked under an Expedia deal, and as a result we stayed in Building 4, which is rather dated and bit dowdy. The main hotel looks quite nice and we did use the hot tub and pool. Those facilities are nice. For the money, it's a good mid-winter deal in Lake Louise.

Unfortunately we only got to stay 1 night out of 3. My daughter broke her arm on the ski hill and had to travel back to our home city the next day for the children’s hospital. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating to our unfortunate circumstances that happened on our little vacation. The accommodation exceeded my expectations! I will be back next year with my family….

Staff was friendly nice resort but the door to get into our room was very hard to open seemed like the key wouldn’t work had to really push down on the handle to get the door to open from the outside. Our bathroom door was kicked in at some point so you could close the bathroom door properly, for what they charge for a room for the night you think it would be better than that.

Stayed for the proximity to Lake Louise. Property has a number of buildings separate from the main building. I didn’t like the fact that I had to go outside and walk to the fitness center in another building—very inconvenient.

We paid over $400 for a room with no light, fridge, fan in the bathroom or a door that shut never mind lock. When I went to the front desk they made all the excuses for me not to talk with a manager. Horrible experience!
