Love their suite rooms as they are spacious with both refridge & microwave. My husband is diabetic so it is very nice to have a refridge in the room. Staff is always so pleasant and helpful - great crew!

The bathroom cleaning details were missed. Used bar of soap in the shower, dried urine underneath and on the toilet seat, and dried toothpaste on the faucet. Food delivery person knocking on our room door in the middle of the night when we were sleeping and did not order anything.

I reserved a room by type and it was important. When I arrived, they did not provide me the room I paid for and provided a smaller less expensive room instead. NOT HAPPY
