Close to city

We use this as a homebase when we had a one day opportunity to get into Manhattan. The hotel accommodations were awesome, the staff incredible. The food at the restaurant is also really good.

Quiet area. Nice hotel with courteous staff. Had to change my room as the carpet was wet near the ac. Front desk changed my room without hesitation. Nice, clean and quiet. Would recommend.

Whenever we come to NY to viscose stay at the Royal Regency. They have great rates, the staff is amazing, they have a very good Italian restaurant in the hotel and they serve a great breakfast. Just a good place to stay.

Business event turns into couples stay

I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Regency. Everything was great, and I truly had no complaints except that I wished there was a pool. What started as a business trip turned into a memorable getaway as my husband and I celebrated 16 years of marriage. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful, and I especially appreciated that the hotel encourages quiet hours in the evenings—it made our stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I wasn't happy with check-in I was there early and I asked to check in and they said it it would have cost me $77 for early check-in but when I was here two weeks ago I came around 1:00 and I could check in no problem and I was early but other people when I was sitting there waiting we're checking in with no problem so I don't get it where do they have VIP status I just I don't understand bad business
