This quaint and well-appointed two-bedroom cottage offers a peaceful retreat with a large backyard and quiet rear lane access, providing the perfect setting for a nostalgic getaway.

The comfortable loungeroom is complemented by a combined kitchen and dining area, while the rear sunroom offers a peaceful space to relax and unwind. The bathroom features both a separate shower and bath, and an outside laundry includes a second shower for added convenience.

There’s plenty of room for boat parking in either the front or rear lane, though the garage is not accessible.

Please Note: 'Lumeah' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and tablecloths, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dish washing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Please note there are strictly no pets permitted at this property. If pets are found to have been at the property a deep clean fee will be charged.
