Fresh milk at the coffee station. Had to ask to have the rancid milk replaced. Be sure housekeeping replaces washcloths I left 4 wet ones in bottom of tub over the past days none picked up. Had to go to front desk for a fresh one.

The woman at the desk questioned our service dogs. I told her what services they provided. She then asked me to fill out a pet questionnaire. I told her again these dogs are not pets. They are service dogs. She said she knew, but that I had to fill it out anyway. I filled it out and now that I got home, she charged us as it looks a $300 fee for pets. I will be contacting ADA. I will never stay there again.

My room wasn’t ready by 3 pm and we were there for a wedding and the parking fee of $5 was new. We’ve stayed here before and never been charged. It was a real inconvenience

Clean hotel, it was our second stay there. I usually go there to get away from the hustle and bustle of Brooklyn life. It’s quiet and I didn’t hear neighbors at all for three days. The staff are pretty good but the front desk and breakfast staff don’t smile. I would definitely recommend and go there again. It’s 15 minutes from Tanger outlet and 30 minutes from Roosevelt Field Mall. Yay!!!

The Room and stay were good. But the check out process need help improving. I still haven't received my check in deposit of $150 dollars on a room i prepaid for. I called several times got a run around. I tried to reach out the manager still nothing. He didn't not return voice mails never answered the extension. This is terrible service. I checked out on Dec 5th. Still waiting for my return deposit. Its Christmas time i need my money back!
