The room was disgusting, room service didn’t even try. Someone else's hair was all over the bathroom, bathroom door, and carpets. Neither the toilet nor the tub had been cleaned, there was visible mold everywhere and it smelled awful. Every towel & washcloth was either stained or had hair in it. They also charge $5 for unattended parking. I definitely will never stay here again.

have stayed here before and never had any issues but after todays unprofessionalism from the manager sabrina will never stay here again. i am being nice she said for charging an additional 300 dollars instead of the maximum of 500 that the fine print states that nobody mentioned. when charging someone an extra fee being nice is not the correct terminology . can say doing me a favor or courtesy but the last thing she is , is nice . they watched me walk in one minute after i checked in with my dog , and asked me put dog on a leash. i asked her why she didnt mention to me a dog fee then or any other time she said its not her job and just charged me a pet fee without telling me then the next morning i decided to extend my room once again without notification was charged another dog fee and this is after they knew about the dog at this point they were clearly hoping i wouldnt notice till i checked out .

It was my first time there with my Girlfriend and we both loved the hotel because it was the first hotel we went to together. I’m glad that I chose the holiday inn express as the first hotel to go with my girlfriend to, the room was very clean, staff was very nice to us upon the walk in, and the breakfast was very good to us. I’m planning on coming back this Friday for a full weekend stay with my girl this time and I hope we will be welcome the same way we were when we first came there. I’m very excited to have a full weekend stay and see what the hotel is all about instead of staying barely a full day

The bathroom was dirty. Towels wash cloths and hand towels all had someone else’s hair on them. Tub was dirty with hair in it. One of the bed had a bug crawling on it. Carpet was filthy with stains on it. Staff was not pleasant and not helpful. No better recommendation from them. Manager, did tell me that I can check out early. Bad, rude and disrespectful advice.

We had to wait over an hour to check in, lots of other unhappy guests waiting for their rooms to be ready as well. One person working the front desks trying to do her best but rude at times with customers. The bathroom in the room had a broken shower head my husband had to hold it in place with a towel so that we could use it, bed and pillows uncomfortable. The area is horrible I hope I never have to come around here again!
