Room and decor was old. Their were areas that were dusty you could tell havent been cleaned. Walls were thin i could literally here the people next to having a clear conversation along with their tv. The bathroom shower was old and dirty. The provided towels smelled like mildew and looked used. The provided breakfast was good.

The entire staff are such a pleasure. Sabrina the manager is very polite and welcoming. The food is good and delicious with a variety to choose from. It’s not your typical buffet breakfast.

The bed was very very comfortable and the hotel is very quiet at night. They need to hire more staff. I observed only one housekeeper responsible for multiple floors which means if you are above the second floor you may not get any room service/housekeeping at all. Additional staff if a must.

The hotel staff are very friendly. Location and parking are very safe and huge to accommodate large number of cars. Room is spacious and daily rates are very reasonable

Holidays are in !
Stayed here for the xmas / NY eve holiday. Located well. Folks were overall nice, food in the AM could be much better. Nice having lemon water available. Hotel doesn't offer any welcoming packets, free water bottle or a cookie such as what Hilton Ofers. I'd stay here again, price is decent. Elevators were slow, most agreed.
