The stay was okay, and I definitely enjoyed the breakfast. However, sleeping each night was uncomfortable. The pillows sank, and I woke up every morning with lower back pain, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Housekeeping service was provided every other day, which was not an issue. However, when the staff came to clean the room after we left, only a towel was added to the rack and the garbage was removed. Nothing else appeared to be done. We also ran out of tissue, and it was not replaced. Overall, it did not feel like much cleaning or restocking took place.

The property was terrific. The location was okay. The road to the hotel is in need of repaving and a little noise from the expressway nearby.

The room was clean, modern and comfortable. I loved that there are soft and firm pillows to choose from. The lobby was very clean and decorated nicely for the holidays. The breakfast area was sanitary and well maintained. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were not warm but the rest of the breakfast options were good. I like that turkey sausage was an option. There were Dove products in the shower and a keurig in the room which was nice. The staff was pleasant. It was easy in and out. I would definitely return.

I did not have the breakfast but the coffee was decent. The room was great. Ice machine easy to access. Snack area downstairs was a bit expensive. Only unpleasant experience was housekeeping trying to enter the room within an hour of check in. Advised it was not needed and someone continued to try to enter a second time. Other than that, it was very convenient and clean.

The water it wasn’t running well in the restrooms. When I was in the reception to be registered, the lady in there let me stay in stand up several minutes, she was at the phone. For my staying the next day, the Friday, I asked them for some bath towels and I never received them.
