I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. When we arrived, we had a rather unpleasant experience at the front desk. Despite being present, the staff did not seem to care about our check-in process. Instead, they were engaged in conversation with each other. After a few minutes, they finally attended to us, but their demeanor was quite rude. This was during the overnight shift.
To add to our dissatisfaction, we were charged $5 per car for parking, which seemed unreasonable, especially given the unresponsive staff who did not address our concerns. We also found the beds to be uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
The hotel's location near the 495 expressway contributed to the noise disturbance throughout the night. The lack of insulation in the walls and windows amplified the noise from outside, making it nearly impossible to rest.
Regrettably, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Despite the convenient location, the combination of rude staff, additional parking fees, uncomfortable beds, and noise disturbance has left me unable to recommend this hotel to anyone.
