We booked this hotel for two nights. Even though the hotel is dated, the room should not be. The room was very dusty, very cold, no fan in the bathroom, power went off the morning of our wedding, front desk staff unwilling to accommodate, square footage and pictures inaccurate and pieces of the walls were coming off. Shortly after walking into the room for the first time, I knew right then and there, it was not it. I did not unpack and went straight to front desk to request another room. I was told that the manager would call me but he/she never did. At around 2am, I gave up, decided to get some rest and deal with it in the morning since the front desk staff told me that it could be dealt with first thing in the morning. The morning came and the front desk staff denied any accommodations and suggested that I book an additional room. I declined and moved on with the day..it was our wedding day. Fast forward to the following day, we couldn’t wait to check out. Would not recommend for a wedding day or night experience. There are far nicer hotels for that price.

This is my third problematic stay at this property in a row, which I had to book through a 3rd party because their website was down. On arrival, we started with a 40 minute wait in line for the valet. Next a 25 min wait at the check in due with only 1 or 2 staff checking in. Every guest I overheard was incensed long before they even got to the front of the line to speak to the front desk, but this was aggravated by the clearly inadequate training that the front desk staff had in problem-solving. The staff are all polite and attentive. However, the property is just not getting the basics right and a polite, elegant setting doesn't make up for it. There excellent nearby properties at this price point and it just doesn't make sense to endure the consistent disorganization.
