Come stay at this full log cabin on beautiful Round Lake in Hayward, Wisconsin. This cabin had 3 bedrooms and is located inside the Grand Pines Resort just steps from Props Landing Bar and Grill. Rental includes a private dock, charcoal grill, and pontoon rental available.

Round lake is known by locals as one of the premier lakes in the Hayward area. The lake is 3,000 acres and has good fishing as well as very clear water and is also a great lake for skiing and tubing in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter. Your rental includes your own private dock right out front that you can tie up to during your stay. This cabin is with in steps of the water and has amazing lake views. When your not on the water you can walk just down the way to Props Landing Bar and Grill for Dinner and some drinks.

The cabin has cable and high speed wireless intern so you can check your email right from the dining room table while looking at the water.

Pontoon available to rent with rental during the summer season for a small additional fee. Ask us about it.

3 Bedrooms with a Queen Bed in each Total of 3 queen beds in the cabin. With a pullout in the main living space. 1 full bathroom.

Fire Pit right by the water as well as a picnic table overlooking the water.

Kitchen has all the cookware and plates and utensils you need to cook and server a meal for up to 8 guests. Charcoal grill is also provided but you will need to bring charcoal.

Property needs updating
3 bedrooms were spacious however mattresses need replacement. They were very very soft. Oven controls did not work. Most likely the digital panel needs repair. Couch needs to be replaced. The mattress springs were out of the lining and the bed frame was bent. There is a safety issue with the floor boards in the porch. One of the main boards has a large crack, and was sinky as you walked over it.

Cabin was right on the lake and very cozy to come back to after a long day of ice fishing. The walk to the bar/restaurant was very short and they had excellent food. Cabin is perfect for a weekend fishing getaway

Always enjoy this area
Love staying on Big Round lake. We also rented a nice pontoon boat. Would stay at this cabin again. Only two complaints. One of the beds needs replaced. It fine for sleeping one person but if your sleeping with two people it slopes to the center. Also I have never stayed at a place before that requires you to bring your own bath towels. Other than that, we all really enjoyed our stay.

Great location for snowmobile trip. Right next door to Powell’s. The Dock and Twin Lakes just a short ride away. Very cozy cabin with everything you could need. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Charming but tired cabin, great location.
Clearly revenue focused. Exterior garbage cans full upon arrival; hair in bath tub; numerous lights were burnt out/non-functional, exterior GFI for charging boat batteries was non-functional; bedroom mattress wore out and rolled you to the middle; bedroom handle falling off, spider webs on ceiling and dirt on floor - first day arrival impressions.

Great spot!
We really enjoyed this property. Stayed with two families with kids from 2-5 years old. The kids loved the beach area that was steps away from the cabin. The dock fishing was pretty good. Really close to the restaurant which was also nice and they had fun stuff outside for the kids to do. The rooms were big enough and the cabin was well equipped with cooking equipment. We would go back!

Condo cabin
This is an attached condo cabin not single standing cabin . Does not have chalet windows as pictured in the listing photo. Nor is it that big. Food splatter. Hair in tub. Garbage in cans outside screen porch. Other cleanliness issues. Very small The broken gas fireplace was promptly fixed by management when we called. Beautiful sunsets. Very close to excellent restaurant.
