I was sad to have a poor experience here, not at all due to the staff, but the area surrounding the hotel. As a female traveler, I did not feel safe navigating the street from where I parked to the hotel given the homeless population taking refuge on the same block as the hotel. The street below was very loud and you could hear through the windows. Additionally, I could see the light from the hallway from my front door and the walls were very thin. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're looking for a nice, quiet and safe place.
The front desk staff was nice, though I never did receive my complimentary bottle of wine. The room was very clean, which was nice.
