Great little bed and breakfast. Centrally located near plenty of dining options. Made to order breakfast (my choice was Peach Crepes) was amazing! If you enjoy boutique type lodging and fantastic breakfast, this is the place for you.

We loved this property, easy check in with help yourself coffee, tea and water. Mints on the bed and water bottles in the room. The breakfast was made to order and amazing the crepes were so good do not think you could get anything better in France!

This was our second stay at the Heber Senator. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Our room was cozy, clean and beautiful. Chef Paul Josselyn creates wonderful breakfasts. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice but not Great!
It was nice to stay in an older Air B & B with class and character. It was very difficult to get heavy suitcases up that narrow, curved staircase. The carpet in our room had significant stains in it, which made the room feel dirty. The bed was comfortable but the room was very noisy with street traffic. The custom made breakfast was over the top delicious! What an unexpected treat!

This Bed and Breakfast is so charming and is beautifully decorated with antiques throughout. The breakfast menu is delicious and includes a selection of sweet and savory made to order crepes. One night we came back to freshly baked cookies for the guests. Several mornings we came down to freshly baked muffins. If you are a foodie, this is the place for you!! The staff is incredibly gracious and accommodating and very friendly. Rooms are spotless. It’s very close to the Heber City train and Wasatch Events complex. The Senator was chosen as Utahs 2024 Bed and Breakfast of the Year and they would have gotten my vote for sure. This is the second time I have stayed there and will be my “go to” place whenever I have to be in Heber City. :)

We got this room for our daughter and son in law the day after their wedding. I asked if they could put a card in the room or something to commemorate this. They upgraded them to a suite! That was an incredible gesture that we really appreciated. The Heber Senator is a great place to stay!
