This new construction home provides modern luxury and a curated world traveler vibe. The expansive feel of this home with vaulted ceilings and an open concept gives you the ultimate modern Utah mountain home. The location is key: easy access to Deer Valley's Jordanelle Gondola, close to the lake for summer activities, and a short 15-minute drive into Park City! The nearby Jordanelle Reservoir State Park has boats, jet skis, and kayaks for rent! Enjoy all 3500 square feet of this home, which feels much larger due to its vaulted ceilings. There is an open concept brand new kitchen on the main level, a center island with 4 barstools, and an adjacent dining table with seating for 6. With large, picturesque windows, bright natural light, and a vaulted ceiling the contiguous family area is spacious with plenty of seating including a comfortable sofa and 4 swivel chairs. There is a king primary on the upstairs level with a spacious ensuite bath along with two more bedrooms including a mountain view queen bedroom, the other bedroom with 2 single beds and full bathroom with a tub. The lower level includes another queen bedroom with a desk for remote work, a double bunk room, full bathroom, kitchenette, and a cozy family area. The property's garage is spacious and offers a ski storage area and room for two mid-sized SUVs. There is a driveway as well which can accommodate 3 more cars. The Jordanelle Ridge community is perfectly positioned for year-round adventure--skiing at the nearby resorts, hiking and biking year-round, or boating and fishing at the nearby Jordanelle reservoir. Whatever your interests, the Jordanelle area offers ease of access to all Park City and Deer Valley have to offer.

Best Stay Ever
House was beautiful. Tons of room for kids/families/adults to spread out. Front and back porch with beautiful views. Front sitting room was one of my favorite spots for coffee/cocktail. The design is impeccable. Plenty of towels/sheets, huge washer/dryer... I could go on and on. Had everything needed in the kitchen, all the way to the potato peeler. This is a brand new, quality built home. Basement was also an amazing finished space where another family/group could easily stay and feel completely separate from the upstairs. Or just kick all the kids down there! 2 more bedrooms there with bathroom/kitchenette, own entrance. 1000% recommend. Look forward to staying again. Also have to mention LOCATION. Jordanelle and Deer Lake, Park City, Deer Valley, Provo airport, Sundance... All 10-30 minutes away.

Amazing Place to Stay!
This place is awesome! The location is two minutes from food and bars and only about 15 minutes from ski resorts. The house had all the amenities of "home" and the host made it super easy. Definitley will use this location again!
