We stayed overnight in this apartment, and found it to be just perfect for what we needed: welcoming and cozy, right in Helen. The kitchenette was perfect for our minimal needs (and would've served well beyond them), the bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and the Christmas tree was an extra welcoming touch! The only minor inconveniences were related to check-in: the instructions provided are just a bit too sparse to even be called minimal. You get a close-up photo of a doorknob lockbox and the code for it. You don't get any indication of what building it's in, or what apartment number, or where to park when the parking spots are all full (as they often are in Helen), or what the wifi password is. Thankfully, the other reviews named the apartment number and the building (middle building towards the river, apartment 600), and we found other parking on our own, and we didn't need the wifi. Even with these minor inconveniences, it's an affordable stay in a perfect location, with excellent furnishing. I'd recommend it to anyone willing to figure things out during check-in.
