Bad service
I booked a double bed and was given a king with a rollout. After traveling 6 hours and arriving at midnight it was not worth an argument. Myself, husband, and 16 year old daughter slept in one king bed. Needless to say there wasn’t much sleep! I’d love to see one of you sleep on the horrible rollout bed full of hard springs. The floors felt wet, room smelt moldy. There was a tiny tv in this huge room. I asked for extra blankets knowing how horrible the rollout was going to be and we got the standard extra blanket (the itchy ones) not an extra comforter that we would have received if we got what we booked. We truly over paid. The front desk clerk was extremely rude the night of checking in and the next day. Our room didn’t even have a blow dryer. Had to wait over an hour just to get one! By then my family was in the car because we had to be somewhere. The front desk clerk acted as if she could t even hold the blow dryer for our return. She would just stare at you when you asked something other. However the hospitality lady was very friendly and tried to be as accommodating as she could. We were loved from floor 5 to 3 and it seemed like a completely different hotel. It was WILD!
