This is advertised as soundproof, this is not true. You could here everything from the hallway, every conversation and passing person, every bump from upstairs. Not recommended if you wish to sleep or rest. Also upleasant smell from the drain in the barhroom/sink spread everywhere. Sleeping in the departure hall would have been just as good without the cost.

After arriving, the location was very convenient. The Check-in procedure was difficult and lengthy (even though I previously checked in online). I wouldn’t waste the time again pre-checking. There was no instruction about breakfast or food options

Unique that it is all underground. Super quiet and stylish. Very comfortable beds. Just ride the elevator up and you’re inside the restaurant and check in area.

Great hotel and location once you find it
The hotel took a little work to find as there are two sister hotels right outside the arrivals hall and one of those shares the Comfort Inn name. This executive branch was literally right at the arrival hall customs exit. Great location once you find it as it was an easy walk the next morning to the departure hall. Just a few minutes. Very clean and convenient but very small rooms, though for one night it was great. The only negative was you could not adjust the cooling in the room as it was preset and could not be moved. It made the room a little warm for me as it was pegged to 21C. Others may say it was too cold, of course. But in any case it was non-adjustable. Other than that it was a great one night stay hotel when you have a flight the next morning. It was super convenient to all kinds of good and drink options on the arrival hall so that was great.

Unexpected stop in Helsinki
We found ourselves in Helsinki and needing a hotel room after all flights were canceled on July 19. It was the only way we could get home without adding four extra days to our stay. This hotel is ideally located, just steps outside of the door exiting baggage claim. The rooms are simple, but nicely equipped, and everything was very clean. It is a great idea! And is very well executed!

Room did not have a window but it was a decent room for the few hours I was there to sleep for my overnight layover. Staff were super friendly and check in/check out were very easy. Bed was extremely comfy.

CONVENIENTLY LOCATED HOTEL
We couldn't have asked for a more centrally located hotel; it was located IN the. Helsinki Airport, literally 2 minutes to the gate. We were able to check in our bags the night before our 8am flight. Room was clean and had all the basic amenities needed to get up early for our flight home.
