Like other Indigo hotels this place has a good vibe and nice decor. The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. And you're in walking distance from all of downtown Asheville's shops, bars and restaurants. I do wish they had bathtubs in their rooms rather than just showers, but my wife and I still enjoyed our stay.

Had to wait an hour past check-in for a room to be ready for us even though multiple other guests were able to check in without any problem with their rooms available. Had 2 washcloths and 3 towels in the room for 4 guests and housekeeping seemed bothered when we asked for more.

The hotel was very nice and in a good location. We stayed two nights. Everyone was very helpful. Only issue we had was no housekeeping service during our second day. I had to go and get towels and wash cloths from Front Desk. Otherwise, enjoyed the hotel and would stay again. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was great.

Great Location and great design
We did the valet parking and it was VERY worth it. Love that they have a bar/restaurant on site, though there are SO many great choices in Asheville. Great designer put this hotel together. Love how big they made the shower and beautiful tile work.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Ticked all the boxes. Can stroll to quaint Ashville shops, restaurants & brewaries. No need to rent a car as the bus stop is outside the hotel door. It'll take ya to bus station and transfer ya to Black Mountain, Biltmore Estates& even the airport, all for $1.00!!!
