Lots of light great place to relax, cook a meal, has a full kitchen with granite counters, all new appliances, shabby chic bathrooms, walking shower, complementary toiletries. New mattresses with beautiful bedding. Cozy lounging spaces. Surrounding by a matured garden flower bushes, this is a bird Sanctuary area. Ecusta trail is only 4min bike ride and is a safe place inside of the Laundry-room to put your bike and equipment without dirty the inside of the house.

Quiet neighborhood, a few issues with the house
Only one tv, no local channels for live news. Master shower was quite small, hall bath shower leaks due to poor door installation. No inside access to garage laundry room. Owner was responsive when washer quit working.

Cute place but be aware
Very clean and cute home! The “walk to” shops, etc in the listing is a little deceiving. It’s a good walk away from any stores, etc. be aware, there are no TVs at all in this home and no washer or dryer. I wish the beds were bigger, queens at a minimum in each room- but overall, very clean and nice neighborhood.
