I called ahead of time to let them know about the ant infestation I had in their other resort I booked with you guys a few months ago and I booked a room with a pool in it and was not able to use the pool cause of dead ants all over the place it was my 13th year anniversary I even had them put rose pedals and chocolate covered strawberries for us but experience was horrible the rooms are run down and they need upgrading I had no water pressure in the shower the brekfast was mediocre and the waitress told me after the fact that I could’ve requested something else besides what they had on their terrible buffet they lost a good customer I was embarrassed and I deserve credit for my stay 1 because it was not cheap and 2 because I called and begged for everything to be correct and begged for no ants

The room and resort seemed really dated. Old carpet, old decor, broken fixtures, foul smell, and a broken and chip pool. It was similar to an old hotel in Atlantic City that haven’t been updated since the 90s. The staff was fun but the activities were also dated and really worn. For this price, I would NEVER go back!

The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and informed. The property had scheduled events and plenty of opportunities to engage in enjoyable activities. The food was decent. The biggest disappointment was the upkeep of the property. It is an older and well worn property. There was graffiti in the sauna, the pool was worn and did not appear to be well kept.

Room was outdated, staff was rude (except the breakfast and dinner servers, they were great), indoor pool was dirty, we stayed for 3 days and no one came to clean our room, food was pretty bad. If it wasn't for my beautiful wife with me, I would've had a terrible time.

The champagne room needs to be updated. The ceiling was falling apart and white stuff was all over the table and pool area. The shower head also came apart. I called for toilet paper and staff never brought it to us.
