It’s a bit of a walk up to the old town, where most of the restaurants and bars are located. But we chose it because it is close to the ferry port, which was very convenient for catching an early-morning ferry. The hotel itself is very new and modern, and extremely clean!

Accessible to bus and taxi transportation easily.Within walking distance of archeological museum and market/restaurants.Mary was very kind, accessible, friendly and welcoming to us from the moment of our arrival.She is an asset to to front staff. Although we did not have as much interaction with the morning staff, they were also helpful with our needs

Close enough to Old Town Heraklion to walk to for dinner or exploring. Rooms are small, but it was sufficient for one night for a couple. Some parking in front of the building but spots are limited. Worked well for what we needed. Easy access to the main road heading to Knossos.

Parking: there are a couple of parking spots right at the front of the property. Location: quite convenient as it is a 8 min walk to the port. Mcd's and fried chicken nearby. Condition/Cleanliness: excellent, very clean and new Hospitality: excellent, there was a welcome drink, free local snack in the fridge, water bottles. The staff was super nice and friendly, very helpful.

Hotel has its own parking which is very convenient. Close to city center. Also rooms are extremely spacious. Double if not triple the size of a normal European hotel. Great communication from the staff.

Great Customer Service
The customer service at the front desk was exceptional! He helped us navigate the busses and store our luggage after check out. The room itself was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We were able to do self check which was perfect because our flight did not land until almost 1am. The location was incredibly convenient - right across the street from the KTEL bus station to other cities and the bus to Knossos. My only very minor complaint was that there were LED lights around the artwork that we could not figure out how to turn off so it was not completely dark at night but everything else was perfect.

Great hotel close to the Port
Our check-in was very quick with the polite and efficient front desk agent. She promptly answered all questions that we had. The property is new and in very good condition with the location 2 blocks to the ferry port and approx. 6 blocks to the Center of town. We would definitely stay there again.
