This charming hotel is right in the center of it all. We just had to step outside and we were close to dining and shopping. Perfect location in Old Town Kotor. The room was lovely and clean. The bed was a bit firm for us but still comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The morning breakfast was so delicious and they cook made us lattes when we were ready. The orange juice tasted freshly squeezed and there was a nice variety of food offered. All hotel staff were extremely professional and friendly. We really enjoyed talking to them and they went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Great location and extremely helpful staff
We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Villa Duomo. The room was very comfortable and the staff was great. Some of the rooms face the church so you will hear the bells ring, but for a few days on vacation I thought it was nice to hear. The location is very central and easy to find (I was a bit worried when looking at the map, but it really is a straight shot from the gate). Parking just outside the gate was easy and the walk was relatively short and flat.

Thisis a lovely hotel with a fantastic breakfast and very nice staff. Right in the heart of the old city. Have to park pretty far away if you have a car and have to pay for the parking. The only reason we did not give it a 5 is because we had the "attic" room which was lovely but the bed was on second level in the room and it had a low celing. It is a really charming place though and we would stay again but not in the attic room!

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is in a perfect location to enjoy all that Kotor Old Town has to offer! The hotel staff went above and beyond to help make our stay wonderful! The attic room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There are some stairs which we were quite comfortable with. Breakfast was delicious with made to order eggs, bacon and omelettes as well as breads, cheese and vegetables!

Начну с плюсов. Девушки на ресепшене приветливые, та которая была в день заезда и выезда, вообще отличный пример как должны встречать гостей, ей 5+. Далее к минусам. Брал номер люкс за 200 евро в сутки, дизайн типа как в старом городе, но больше похож на гараж без ремонта, плюс много пыли. Подушки не удобные. В номере было холодно, пол ледяной, кондиционер работает только на охлаждение. Завтраки очень скудные, яичница и помидоры с огурцами, и сыр, круасаны из не прожаренного теста, гренки вымочены в масле. Далее главный минус, это шум на улице, музыка орет до часу ночи, и это как то можно терпеть, но прямо за моим окном находится огромный блок кондиционера на весь отель или ресторан, от него огромный неприятный гул, который усиливается на кровати. Первую ночь вообще почти не спал, далее спал в наушниках и включал белый шум, стало легче. По замерам телефон показал почти 50 децибел шума, при норме не больше 30. И это люкс номер, в котором заявлена шумоизоляция! Так же тут окна выходят на стену, до которой пол метра. Т.е жил реально как в гараже. Просил вернуть деньги и уехать раньше, но менеджер пошел в отказ. В общем не рекомендую этот отель. Единственно если вы напьетесь в баре рядом, и пойдете сразу спать, то можно и остаться здесь, в другом случае нет.

Really nice place and fairly close to the front gate. It's super central in the old town. Parking was busy, but not as bad as Dubrovnik. Music at night was a little loud, but the bed was comfy and was able to tune it out. The staff were superb and the complimentary breakfast was pretty amazing.

We were made so welcome and comfortable at Hotel Duomo. The location is perfect, so easy to get around the old city and for us within easy walking distance of the bus terminal. Everything was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was well supplied with little useful extras that you might have forgotten to bring and toiletries. The breakfast was excellent and served in a beautiful courtyard setting. The staff were all super helpful and welcoming.

Absolutely loved it, would come back
Loved our stay at this wonderful boutique hotel. Nikolina - the receptionist was super friendly and detailed, gave us tons of tips to make our trip memorable. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the ancient clock tower / square. The building of the hotel has a beautiful antique vibe and I believe it is 18th century build, which makes it even more unique. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Our window view was straight at the clock tower. The shower water pressure was very strong, felt like massage after the long walks exploring the area. We have been putting in 20,000-25,000 steps per day. I would definitely come back. It was our anniversary and the hotel gifted us a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch.

Beautiful property but very challenging apartment #11. Elevator available for only 2 out of 4 of the floors to travel to attic room. Bedroom was tiny in loft with very difficult steps and no head-space. There was no room for any furniture so all clothes had to remain downstairs. Very little bed covering provided. Bathroom was lovely but very impractical with no counter space even though there was room for a piece of furniture. Living area was not usable - only one luggage rack, a tiny wardrobe with no shelves, no closet, and poor lighting everywhere. Loud music from outdoor bar next door lasted well past midnight. Hotel reception staff was very nice but we had to have her assist with problematic tv numerous times. Breakfast was delicious on outdoor patio. Would not recommend this hotel unless other rooms are much better but still have the music noise issue.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They truly made you feel welcome. We asked for restaurant recommendations and we went to two of them. They were excellent. They helped arrange a ride to the airport for us and the driver was prompt and very nice.

Nikolina is the best!!!
Recently stayed at Hotel Villa Duomo and our experience was made wonderful by Nikolina. She was very communicative with me before we arrived, arranged our airport transfer on our last day, and made us feel so welcome and taken care of. She is so friendly and amazing, I can’t say this enough! The hotel is an amazing a piece of history and I would definitely go back! It was clean, the staff were very nice, breakfast on the terrace was amazing, it’s central in old town Kotor and there is everything you need very close by.

Kotor isn’t a great place. It’s very touristy and it’s spoiled by tourism. (Perast is much nicer - quieter.) This hotel is expensive for what it is - only worth staying here if you want to be in the centre of a noisy, busy old town.
