The bright and friendly 2-room - ***** apartment has a size of 38 m² and is located on the ground floor of the complex. With its located on the Schloonsee 27 m² sun terrace in the countryside with sofa and garden chairs, it offers ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is preferably suitable for two people. Exclusive and tastefully furnished, the apartment consists of a combined living / dining area with modern kitchen, bedroom with double bed and TV and a shower room with hair dryer and washing machine.   The cozy sitting area in the living room serves your relaxation. Take a look at the large flat screen in the living room next to cable TV, your favorite DVD. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room offers another bed for a child on a width of 120 cm. In the fully equipped granite kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and combined oven with microwave, it can cook well. Meals can be taken at the large dining table. All windows of the apartment are equipped with external shutters, one window per room has insect protection (in the summer months). The sockets in the apartment have an integrated child protection.   So that your vacation can begin immediately, the flat is prepared like a hotel room; the beds are made and towels are provided in the bathroom.     An underground parking space is part of the apartment, which you can easily reach by elevator.   The plus for our guests: For bike tours there are 2 sprung bicycles available.
