We were unlucky with the weather so it was lovely to be able to spend the evening in the lounge in front of a log fire and find a cosy blanket on our bed after the turn down service. The only downside was the flimsy curtains which meant we woke pretty early.

Little Gem
This is our second stay here and it's everything we remembered it to be. Perched on the top of the cliffs with spectacular views across the Ocean and great access to cliff top walks into the town. Staff are friendly and warm and this property is a little gem. Our breakfast was well worth the wait as everything was cooked from scratch.

We loved it.
We were welcomed and truly made to feel at home. They gave us input as to good places to eat. It was relaxing and very nice. The paved path along above the ocean is beautiful. The view and setting is gorgeous. The breakfast and whole setting was perfect. The only thing I can say negative is that due to our schedule we couldn't stay longer AND it would have been convenient to have WiFi in the rooms.

One night stay. Warm welcome from Aubrey on reception. Couldn't have been more helpful. Very comfortable clean room with idyllic sea view. Great breakfast. Decor a little tired but fine. Would suggest an upgrade to wifi in the rooms, even a few dongles. All in all very pleasant.

Definitely not 5 star
No assistance offered on arrival into a very tight car park. Welcome was so-so. Room was not furnished to expected level. Furniture inside and out was tired. Towels were marked with what seemed to be old make up. Tables in breakfast room were too close to each other. The home made muffins were incredibly similar to those one would purchase at the local Pick n Pay supermarket. Overall it was ok - but for the price paid for a 5 star rated property - it was disappointing and over rated/priced.
