Just a few kilometers from Herscheid, nestled in the picturesque hills of the Sauerland, this spacious and environmentally friendly holiday apartment awaits you. As a green building that was constructed in a CO2-neutral manner, it also has two charging stations for electric vehicles. The modern and fully equipped holiday apartment offers enough space for our guests, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with seating and barbecue facilities. For stays of at least 5 nights, the "sheets and towels package" is free. For short-term bookings of 5 nights or more, we offer a free electric car charging station. The Märkisches Sauerland impresses with its breathtaking green landscape and offers a wide range of leisure activities such as cycling, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, paragliding, water sports (diving, windsurfing, stand up paddle) and winter sports. No matter whether you want to be active, enjoy culture and nature or explore regional highlights such as the Attahöhle, the Balver Caves or Altena Castle - the Märkisches Sauerland has something for every taste. For beginners and experienced, there is a biking tours available and most of them start right from the holiday home. The motorbike race track 707 is only 2 KM away from the holiday flat PLEASE NOTE: We urge you to comply with the stated arrival and departure times. Arrivals are possible between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. and departures are between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. If these times are not adhered to, the owner reserves the right to charge a surcharge. You can park second car at Waldmin car park. Please do not store bicycles in the flats! Before you leave, please ensure that the dishwasher has been emptied, otherwise the deposit will be reduced by €20. Please also note that the separation of rubbish must be strictly adhered to, otherwise the deposit will be reduced by €100. The arrival and parking of a motorhome is not possible! Note: (You must pay the deposit EUR 500 in cash on arrival)
