Compare Ski Hotels in Higden

We loved our week at this log cabin. It is better in person than the pictures. It is very spacious. The big sectional in the living room is amazing! There were a ton of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. There were games and DVDs in the TV cabinet. We were super confused with the tv/satellite remotes, but didn't care enough to reach out to the host. Heads up for travelers with small children - I thought we'd be able to swim at the shore down the path, but it was too steep and rocky to feel comfortable bringing my 3 year old and 1 year old to swim. We did go to a local park with a more beach-like area. Also, I had envisioned relaxing on the deck while the little ones played there, but the openings between the railing posts were way too wide to feel comfortable letting them roam around on the deck. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and would come back again!

This was just what we needed ... a relaxing weekend in a beautiful setting. We had a little trouble finding the cabin (we didn't know it was called "No Wake Zone cabin," and the road was VERY rough (need an SUV or truck which we had)), but once we got there, we didn't want to leave. Great interior, spacious decks, beautiful views of the lake. Thank you so much!

Great Bed, makes for a Great Night sleep

We enjoyed our stay so much, it was like so cute and stocked with all the things we expected. The private beach area was our favorite. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your space.

The property is older but extremely clean. Very spacious, very comfortable.

Great place to stay. Had plenty of room to park three boats. Would definitely stay again.
