Great stay.

Hotel staff were an absolute joy. All extremely efficient but so happy in their work. Ariel on reception stood out as well as the lovely lady working the bar Saturday afternoon. Didn’t catch her name but a credit to the company. Only downside is that they were only running a reduced evening meal menu over the holiday period which was disappointing.

Very clean. Very tidy , food prices high

Absolutely lovely hotel . By some busy roads but you couldn't hear the traffic as it's got good glazing . Spotlessly clean and tidy Think the only downfall and criticism was the price of the food I believe it was £24.80 for a burger meal whereas everywhere else I stay they are priced around the £15 mark but Waitrose a short walk away and had a delicious Katsu Rice Bowl , Duck pancake roll and some sushi for a lot less

The location and space in the room and reception area was good. I found the beds hard, especially the sofa bed - rock hard. Son found it difficult to sleep. Very soft pillows which also was difficult for me. (Very individual opinion)
