This was the second time I’ve come through Laurel this year and stayed here both times. I can’t imagine wanting to go to another property when I’m in Laurel. The breakfast was beyond excellent.

Where do I start. The room had light bulbs out, phone was unplugged, tv was unplugged, had to call to get furniture moved so it could be plugged in. The toilet - first night it would not stop “draining”. The second night it overflowed at 10p-1a, only to be told there was no maintenance staff on site. It leaked all over and had raw sewage in my room, and the hotel refused to address it. Finally the fire department came to turn off the water in the toilet. Walls were paper thin, you could hear guests arguing and TVs playing, then I heard right through from upstairs room, that their shower was overflowing. The hotel has issues with their pipes. Save your money and hassle. Worst Hilton property on the East coast and their night shift desk staff is threatening.

Usually choose Marriott brand and stayed here due to family staying here. Not overly impressed, everything was average, met expectations but didn’t exceed. Complementary water or continental breakfast would have been nice. Peruvian restaurant next door was convenient and very good.
