Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed 2 nights after hurricane Helene, due to a power outage. This hotel kept their rates affordable after the storm, when other hotels were raising rates. Much appreciated!

Hurricane stay
Unfortunately my stay was during hurricane Helene. The hotel lost power for about 24 hours. Staff offered no support services or information. Any information I received was because I asked. This was a corporate problem in my opinion. An email message with practical information should have gone out to all registered guests. As a woman traveling alone my resources were limited and a hotel stay with doors propped open, no fire alarms and staff burning candles and the room pitch dark did not make for a restful night. When I asked I was told that the night staff would walk the floors every 30 minutes and I was offered a flash light escort to my room- huge way to make me feel better.

The desk guy was SO nice to us! I went back down to get his name but now I can’t remember! He was working Friday night, September 13th. The breakfast was good for a standard free buffet. Good omelets and plenty of choices. The price was right overall and the staff was friendly. The room condition was a little rough but it is pet friendly.

Luxury at reasonable price. Clean and comfortable.
Quite luxurious for just a bit more than the budget hotels. Super clean in every way, spacious room, luxury mattress and bed coverings. Shiny new fixtures in bathroom. Premium towels and toiletries. Lots of convenient free parking, the best hotel breakfast you can get outside of the high-end prestige hotels.

This was a nice, clean hotel and the staff was super friendly. We were a bit put off by the noise from I-81 when we first got there, however, over night I didn't hear a thing and slept really well. The breakfast was good and they had Silk brand almond milk, both chocolate and vanilla on the breakfast bar.
