We usually stay at The Aviator twice a year. However, the bar is closed during the week and most of the rooms could definitely use an update.

The pool was down the house keeping was none existent. I had to go to the front desk to get keys several times as they stopped working randomly. The breakfast ran out of cereal and I have 2 kids that don’t eat anything but cereal for breakfast. Had to go to the front desk to get towels toilet paper cups etc. they said they don’t do housekeeping unless I’ve been there three days or I request it. I requested it and was there 4 nights. Never once did they come and get anything. Had a big bag for trash cuz I got a trash bag from the front desk. Booked for 5 people said it sleeps 5 on the app. It most definitely did not. She said her biggest room was 2 queen beds. So my 4 year old had to sleep in the bed with me. The bar that was attached to the hotel never opened. Overall it was a terrible stay at this hotel and most definitely will not stay at aviator hotels ever again

Property location is rite on the way to our destination, therefore, extremely convenient. Easy off/ on interstate and surrounded by many eating establishments.

Wasn’t exactly what I was expecting.
My bed was sunk in on one side. The pool was not open and it wasn’t expressed on the website…something we were looking forward to. The restaurant wasn’t open except for breakfast. That also was not mentioned on the website. Otherwise, everything was fine.

All I could say is make sure that you bolt your door. On the morning of checkout starting at 6:30 AM housekeeping with banging on the door hot ones not twice but three times and one time after we have gotten up housekeeping, just Victor key in the door and let him into the room why we are still there all of this transpired before check time at 11 AM.
