Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, turn left on the leisure trail. 5-7 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this villa.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Location is fantastic!!
We had a great stay and loved the location. We rode bikes to the Beach Club (less than 5 min) and took the trolley to Harbour Town for dinners and shopping. The trolley stop is steps away from the unit!! We enjoyed the pool and the unit had everything we needed. We forgot an umbrella and there was one in the laundry room (score!). We simply had the best time and hope to come back to this location. Perfect distance from all the places we love in Sea Pines.

Very clean and convenient to the beach
My family and I spent four nights at this property over Spring Break. The condo was very clean and was great for four people. We had a question when we first arrived and when we texted, were texted back almost immediately and we received a follow up the next morning to ensure that we were taken care of. The condo is about a 8-10 minute stroll to the beach, or a 2-3 minute bike ride. We rented bikes through the recommended vendor and they were there the day we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and we cooked several meals very comfortably. There were a number of small touches that we really appreciated - the soap in the bathrooms, the sponge in the kitchen, and the laundry detergent were all name-brand, not a situation where the owner was trying to be as cheap as possible. The towels and beach towels were all new, and the documentation provided was all very complete and organized. All and all, we had a very positive experience and have nothing but great things to say about the property and the team leasing it.

Great location
Close to the beach club and shops at Sea Pines and right next door to the heron point golf course. The only thing we did not like was the single sink in the master. It made it difficult for 2 people to get ready at the same time.

The property was as pictured, very well maintained and extremely clean. The condo was the most well equipped condo I have ever seen. Our every need was anticipated and resolved. For example, night lights were provided anywhere we might need them; the kitchen was equipped with plastic zip lock bags and aluminum foil, something I always wish I had for leftovers. The beds and furniture were comfortable and cozy. We would definitely book through Bestnest again.

We loved staying at this Villa! It was conveniently near the best beaches, delicious restaurants, and there was so much to do during our one week stay at Hilton Head. Loved our time at 437 Plantation Club
We so enjoyed our stay at 437 Plantation Club villas. We have stayed at another villa in the complex for the past 25 years but it was recently sold so we needed to find a new place to stay. We were delighted with 437. It’s very pretty, well kept and very nicely equipped with the essentials plus more. The view is lovely and we hope to stay there again. Plantation Club is nicely situated in Sea pines and is convenient to everything in the area.

Beautiful condo in a great location!
This property was updated and had everything you need for a great stay! We have rented many properties on HHI, and this was probably the most well-equipped and CLEAN property we have stayed in. It is a dog-friendly condo, but you could not tell a pet had ever been there. We brought our dog and there are lots of "rules" to clean up, roll lint, etc after your dogs. But, it is all to keep the property amazing for the other guests and so we didn't mind paying extra attention at all. The property manager (Bestnest/Beverly Serral) contacted us to make sure everything was to our expectation, which was a nice gesture. Honestly, we hesitated as this unit was a bit more expensive, but your extra $ buys a very well-appointed unit that is extra clean. The location cannot be beat either. We will rent here again, for sure.

We will be staying here again in the future. This place is so clean which is the most important thing to our family. The condo is the best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in. You will want for nothing. Beds were comfortable and everything felt super clean. It was very extra to have beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels furnished. Lovely view and the location was great. We’ll be back!!

Top notch service and cleanliness
After scouring through rental after rental, I found this one and chose it based on reviews. Happy to say those reviews were accurate. Although the building and hallways are a bit aged and could use some updating, the condo was beautiful and VERY CLEAN. I’m so used to staying other places and there is always something missing, or they give you 2 detergent pods and 1 trash bag for several days, but NOT HERE. This condo was perfectly appointed with everything you could need. Literally everything. Nice washer/dryer, comfy beds with extra pillows and linens, tons of towels, trash bags, coffee filters, detergent....literally we didn’t need for anything. Loved the beach toys, chairs and umbrella provided. TV in every room with cable, high speed internet, showers with great water pressure. The pool is a quick walk from the condo and it was large and never too crowded. The hot tub didn’t work, but we didn’t mind. It’s about a ten minute walk to the beach club and 5 minute bike ride. The BESTNEST/Beverly Serrel office staff (in particular Lizette!) were super helpful and quick to respond to our questions. I would highly recommend booking this condo!

Summer in Sea Pines
The condo is very nice and fully stocked with necessities. Being inside Sea Pines makes it convenient to go to Salty Dog and Harbor Town. The unit has some items that could be improved, but overall, it is a nice place to stay. These items were communicated to the management and they indicated they would get in touch; however, that did not happen. Parking for the beach is frustrating. Even if you arrive with an almost empty lot they won't let you park.
