Welcome to our beautiful, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath villa centrally located within easy walking distance of everything Harbour Town has to offer.

The villa overlooks a peaceful lagoon and is just a 2 minute walk to the world famous Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the PGA’s RBC Heritage Golf Tournament. Walk 3 minutes to the Sea Pines Racquet Club and only 7 minutes to Harbour Town where you can eat at the newly rebuilt Quarterdeck, shop, rent boats, watch spectacular sunsets and catch the Sea Pines Trolley to the Sea Pines Beach Club, Sea Pines Center or South Beach Marina.

Heritage Villas is located on the Sea Pines bike trail which is known for its 20 miles of bike paths. You can bike just about anywhere, including the Lawton Stables to enjoy horseback riding, or to the ocean.

The ocean is only 1.5 miles from the villa and the enjoyable Heritage Pool, which is in a beautiful setting, is only a short walk away. The Sea Pines Beach Club, rebuilt in 2015, offers a casual restaurant and bar overlooking the ocean and has a simply outstanding beach.
We have beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a Weber charcoal grill which are free for you to use.

With approximately 1,600 sq. ft., our villa is one of the largest 2 bedroom villas in Sea Pines. The large deck overlooks a beautiful lagoon with a gazebo. Updated on a regular basis, new (2024) living room furniture, new (2023) carpeting in both bedrooms and the stairs, freshly painted (2023) bedrooms, new (2021) washer and dryer and (2020) newer 55” Smart HD TV in the living room.. The villa also features a new (2021) king-size bed, ceiling fan and new (2024) 43” Roku 4KHD TV in the main bedroom, and two twin beds, ceiling fan and 32” HD TV in the guest bedroom which has its own private bath. The dining area has a large table which can seat 6 people.

The large main bathroom has newer ceramic tile, granite counter-tops, vanity, light fixtures, faucets, mirrors, etc. There is a dressing table in the main bath with a make-up mirror to help you get ready for any occasion or activity.

Luxury vinyl flooring (2019) is installed throughout the lower level. The kitchen features granite counter-tops, new cabinets and back-splash in 2018, microwave, range and refrigerator and all the accessories you will need. The living room boasts all new (2024) furniture and a 55" Roku 4K TV. The villa also includes practically everything including draperies, bedding and wood blinds providing for beautiful and luxurious accommodations during your stay in Hilton Head. The unit also has a washer and dryer. Parking is available at the front door. Free wireless internet!

The front door to the villa includes a key-less entry system so you don't need to spend time obtaining or returning keys. You will be provided a personal pass code to the front door which eliminates the need to always ask 'who has the key?'

The entire Heritage Villas complex has recently been painted and updated with new light poles and lanterns installed throughout the complex; outdated railroad ties have been removed and replaced with new curbing; the bridge over the beautiful lagoon was recently redesigned and rebuilt; and the landscape improvement program has been completed at all three entrances, all villa buildings, pool area and common areas.

Fabulous property

Great location and very well equipped and clean condo. The condo had everything we needed including plenty of towels, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to stock up at the supermarket just before we entered Sea Pines. Rooms are large and nicely decorated. The pool was very nice and a great place to spend an afternoon. Walking distance to Harbor Town. Would definitely recommend.

Great family trip

The villa location was perfect for our family. Everything was a quick bike ride away. The villa is comfortable and well equipped. Communication with the owner Randy was great. Only slight negative for us was that the beds in the 2nd bedroom are better suited for younger children due to the comfort level of the mattresses.

Heritage at the Heritage

Our annual week at this Heritage villa for the Heritage Golf Tournament is best described as perfect. Every detail for the villa was complete by its owners prior to our arrival. Our stay could not have been more comfortable and enjoyable. We plan to do it again next year.

Left early…cockroaches

We rented this condo for 2 weeks and left after 3 nights. As soon as we walked into the condo on Saturday we saw a cockroach and immediately called both owners and left a detailed voicemail about the cockroach. After not hearing back from them we sent both the owners text.They called us back and said on Monday they would have the pest control come out and spray the outside and interior of the condo. Throughout the conversation they kept saying insect and palmetto bug, which is a cockroach. We have rented properties numerous times in the south for many years and in Sea Pines and have never had issues with cockroaches. Monday evening we saw another cockroach and text the owner a picture of the cockroach and told them they never came to spray. We packed up and left the next morning at 6:50am to drive 15 hours home. Our vacation was ruined!! We didn’t receive any money back from the owner. The owner’s had no interest in refunding any money to us even though we left 11 days early due to the deplorable conditions. Essentially we paid for a 14 day stay and stayed 3 nights. The owners excuse for pest control not showing up was because of the weather on Sunday, which didn’t make sense since they would be closed on Sunday. This was our experience and we felt it was important for others to know what we went through.

Fall get away

This condo is amazing in every way. Check in was smooth and we really enjoyed the location. Weather didn’t cooperate for swimming but the pool looked great. We would like to get our family together in this location soon-We recommend this place to anyone.

My stay was quiet. I was suppose to have a friend join me but she had to cancel at the minute. A few areas I would pay attention to. The master bathroom sink has a clog. It drained very slow. The green area rug in family room was kind of gross. I tried to avoid stepping on it. Great location.

Perfect Location!!

This was our 3rd stay in Sea Pines and our first stay at this location. We loved this location right next to harbour town and steps away from the pool!! Having 3 kids it made things a lot easier!! We loved the cleanliness and how well stocked everything was!! Plenty of spices, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher and washing machine pods. Towels and even beach towels if needed. We used the beach chairs and loved not having to bring our own!! The only negative for us was the bed was a bit uncomfortable and hard (maybe we are just use to our mattress at home) and the upstairs was a bit warm. There is definitely a temperature difference from the downstairs but luckily there was a ceiling fan and on oscillating fan that we used at night. Thanks for a great stay!!

Sea Pines Family Vacation

Everything about our stay was great. The location really can’t be beat. Racquet Club and Harbour Town are within a few minutes walking distance. Rode our bikes to both the Beach Club and South Beach Marina. Publix and Coligny Plaza are both a 5 minute drive. The property was clean and comfortable. The communication was great and booking was easy. Exactly what we needed.

Great location!

Good sized 2 bedroom in a great location a very short walk to Harbor Town. HH is one of the most relaxing places for a vacation and this condo puts you in vacation mode as soon as you get there.
