Enjoy a relaxing vacation at this 4 Bedroom townhouse with breathtaking views of Braddock Cove from the main deck off of the living room, along with additional beautiful views from all windows and patios! The interior design evokes images of the sea and allows for nothing less than the most relaxing stay!

The fabulous deck includes a large sectional sofa and a table with seating for 6. This deck has it all for outdoor living! It's the perfect spot for dolphin watching, dining al fresco, deer grazing nearby, bird watching, and a view of the world-famous Harbor Town Lighthouse.

NOTE REGARDING SOUTH BEACH SEA PINES GUESTS: Phase 5 of the Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early fall 2024 with an estimated completion time of Spring 2025. This project is vital for repairing and improving the stormwater drainage system, as well as the roadway and leisure trail conditions along South Sea Pines Drive.

• Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site.
• Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.
• Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians.
• Sidewalks and leisure trails in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.
• For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones.

Beach access is superb!
I’m not sure the beach access is advertised enough for this location. With two small children (5 and 18 months), the literal 2 minute walk to the beach is more than ideal. Also, being on more of an inlet provides calmer water and less anxiety with little ones running into the ocean!

This town house was in a good location. Through the parking lot and across the street for the beach and a short walk down the road to salty dog and the trolly station. The main and upper floors were great, but the lower level, where 3 of the bedrooms were was pretty dingy.

Great location, great living space, modern kitchen
We very much enjoyed our time in HH Sea Pines. I was disappointed that the pool was so far from the condo and that it was in a commercial area. The beach location was great! The cleaning staff needs to pay attention to the details. Move the furniture when you vacuum. Clean the vacuum cleaner and filter. I like to leave things like I find them if not better. We would definitely return.

Our group had a great experience at this property. We through together a spontaneous getaway and although last minute this house had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is great. We spent many evenings hanging out on the balcony. One downfall was the amount of bugs and mosquitos out back. I would recommend bringing a bottle of bug spray or investing in some citronella candles for the property to avoid getting eaten alive. Additionally, we did find a couple bugs in the property that looked like cockroaches. Beyond those two things the property was amazing and allowed for us to have a great trip!

Overall a nice place. Smells a little musty when walking in. 3 large dead palmetto bugs in the middle of the downstairs bathroom. Our mistake, we put a travel golf bag in the garbage enclosure and the garbage men threw it out. Updates are nice. The master suite greatly out ways any space in the house

Amazing Stay on HHI! Great home in the perfect location near the Beach and South Beach Marina. House was clean and in great condition with everything we needed to be very comfortable for everyone. Had a great time and can't wait to come back!
