You will feel right at home in our one bedroom, one bathroom condo that has been remodeled. Being we have an end unit there are two additional windows to bring in that extra light.
We are constantly changing and upgrading to make your stay with us more enjoyable

The condos we handle are all meticulously cleaned with anti viral cleaners and we take every precaution that every detail is addressed when cleaning to ensure a safe and clean environment

In the bedroom, we have a queen size mattress, furniture, and TV. We have blackout pleated shades in the bedroom for those of you who need to sleep in darkness!

In the hallway there are built-in bunks that is great for both kids and older children unless of course they are 6' tall

In the bathroom we have a vanity with a granite countertop. There is a hair dryer for your convenience in the bathroom

Private balcony with pub height table and chairs that overlooks a pond (home to lots of turtles) and has an awesome ocean view. We also have a ceiling fan just in case it is a high humidity day... It is very relaxing when you are sitting on the balcony with either a drink or a book or both!

We have beach chairs, sand toys and even an umbrella for your use!

**please make sure you rinse the sand off before you bring back to condo!

You are just steps from the beach or one of the two pools at the resort....a great location! One of the pools is located by Admiral's Row, the other pool which is one of the largest on the island also has a kiddie pool next to it.
By the large swimming pool you can find Jamaica Joe'z a tiki bar with specialty drinks, small menu and in season there is live entertainment!!

The resort has 24/7 security, 6 lighted tennis courts/4 pickle board courts with tennis pro on site. There is also a small fitness center that is open daily. Please check with the fitness center just to verify the hours as they change with the seasons.
Also, there are bicycle rentals on-site, just outside the security gate. Many guests will reserve bikes ahead of time so that they can pick up when they check in, ask Dee for phone number to rent bikes if you are interested!
As you pull in the resort to the left, in the main building is a sports bar called CocoNutz, you can get food (awesome chicken wings) & drinks, as well as shoot a game of pool. You will also find Gator’s Pizza famous for their square pizza.

Upon arrival at the condo you will see that you are given six start up sets of towels & there will be clean linens for all beds. Also, we provide dish soap, dishwasher soap, a roll of paper towels to get you started. There is no maid service during your stay.

There is a laundry room just down the hall from your room, machines are coin operated.


Located north central on the island, HHB&T is an ideal location, you are close to everything. Just a short walk from Adventure Cove with both games and miniature golf.
There are many (over 200) restaurants to choose from and tons of shopping.

Great little condo

Clean and quaint condo, corner ocean view to enjoy coffee in the mornings. The snack basket left by host was a nice touch. Complex is nice with lots of activities but super crowded so if that’s not your thing … loved our week and would definitely book again

Our 7th Visit to Hilton Head

We have been coming to Hilton Head since 1997. On this trip we stayed at a condo in Admiral's Row. The unit was as clean as a whistle and the location is excellent with an ocean view. The place is listed to sleep 6 which would be very tight. This condo is best suited for 2 adults and 2 children. In our case there were only 2 adults so it was fine. Other than that we had a great vacation and would book the place again.

Really nice!

The condo was very clean. A few things could be better. The ceiling fan did not work in the bedroom and the tv remote batteries were dead and no spares. There were no kitchen towels and no trash bags available and the key code was iffy on occasion. The snacks were a thoughtful touch.

Close to beach but not really oceanview

Unit was great for my wife and I. Close to beach with a handicap friendly walkway. Did have a little of ocean view but wasn’t really ocean view. Farthest from pool and bar area, had to drive to it. But there is a small pool next to our building. Very clean unit. Had everything you need. Nice balcony.

Great one bedroom condo! This condo was updated and super cute! I appreciated having a beach chair available! Great location! The bed was very comfortable and the host even supplied a snack basket. I will certainly be back!

Perfect getaway

My two daughters and I loved staying here. There were so many options for entertainment within the resort that we didn’t need to leave. Super close to the beach with an amazing ocean breeze. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Nice condo, nice location

Nice, one bedroom condo, clean, nice kitchen. Though this condo is not beachfront, we enjoyed the deck which does have a side view to the ocean, looking over the parking lot. The great beach is a very short two minute walk down the boardwalk. We did a lot of biking on the beach as well as the on the never-ending. nice paved trails throughout HHI. We enjoyed eating our meals out on the deck. Dee And Bobby were great to work with. We had a minor issue with the TV, but Bobby came over promptly and corrected the problem. Friendly hosts! Nice location. We hope to go back someday.

Relaxing Stay

The weather was a bit cooler than we had hoped, however the Condo was perfect for the two of us. The beach was wonderful and just a short walk. It helped that we had an elevator, as well, as we were on the 2nd floor. We were happy to be out of the cold and snow of Minnesota.

First time Admiral’s Row

We’ve had many beach trips to HHB&T Resort. Have always wanted to experience Admiral’s Row. Was a little disappointed in the lack of property maintenance compared to Buildings A,B & C. Everything at the property was generally clean but I had higher expectations. Think the pool is due for an upgrade. This condo unit was a good location. Owner was great to work with.

Great family vacation with resort amenities.

Cute place for a small family/couple

We had a nice stay on admirals row. I loved the convenience to get to the pool and beach. Also, restaurants and grocery stores were very convenient. The condo itself needs a few updates but it’s a nice condo for a very small family/couple.
