This beautifully decorated villa offers a fresh and inviting atmosphere with all-new living room furnishings and stylish lamps throughout. The open-concept living and dining area features balcony access, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, ideal for preparing family meals.

Accommodating up to eight guests, the villa includes a new queen bed (2024) in the master bedroom, another new queen bed (2024) in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. The location of this condo was great. Only a five minute walk to the beach. And the beach was great because it was in a less crowded area. The condo is fine. A few changes I would recommend the sofa bed mattress had a plastic over it I wasn’t sure if it should be ripped off or not so we just left it on. The half bath toilet needs a gut replacement. They handle had to be jiggled in order for the water to stop running. If you use the mic Microwave and the toaster at the same time it blew a fuse. I wish they had included a few more garbage bags. We like that other renters had left beach chairs and assorted beach toys for the kids. We also like that there were Pickleball courts which we used. I would stay there again I would encourage others to do so also.
